They tried to charge me more after order had been placed
Ordered something on their website, they called to say it should have been there and instead of staying true to their word as it was their mistake they sent me a quote to pay an additional £180 to receive what I had already ordered and paid for. Not sure on their quality of product but I’d avoid ordering anything on their website.

Dumbells are fine but the crome handles…
Dumbells are fine but the crome handles seems to get slippery when curling it mightneed the griped bits to be deeper im not sure but i will have to get some tape for the handles

I cannot praise Origin Fitness enough. From my initial enquiry with the sales team (Matthew) to the installation team of Muran and Andrew who lugged my 60+kg OC3 spin bike up 2 flights of stairs, my experience has been exemplary. Having rented this model during lockdown in 2021 and loving having it to use at my leisure, I was 100% impressed enough to be able to purchase my own bike in 2022. And having this brilliant company right on my doorstep in Edinburgh was just the icing on the cake. I am One Happy Camper indeed.

Had to get refund asked several and was actually missed and be reauthorised.
Product turned up 3 times at my door without me knowing anything about.
Asked for a discount to order again. Got ignored.
I wanted to order a lot of equipment was looking at purchasing my own gym at a later date.
