website checkout not functioning, no response from customer service.
tried to buy a rattan sofa, but their website is not working for the payment - I cannot proceed to the payment page. I waited a couple of days and tried multiple times but with no luck. I also sent their customer service an email to report this issue, got no reply. I guess I have to buy it from some other suppliers.

Gorgeous corner sofa
I ordered the Aruba 5 seater and it is lovely. Well worth the wait and it was a long wait. This was due to shipping issues. I actually bought the suite through Midland Marquee but dealt with OSeasons customer service and Midland customer service. Great service from both teams. Was kept well informed and as soon as a chance came available to get me the sofa it was taken and I received delivery. I would recommend, the sofa is excellent quality and was well packaged and easy to assemble. Love it

We have an O'Seasons corner patio sofa…
We have an O'Seasons corner patio sofa set. Its now 4 years old and it is as good as they day be bought it, we sue it every day in summer months. It is excellent quality and really glad we chose it as there are so many now on the market that look fabulous but are quite flimsy.

Cracked Basin
We ordered a Limoge® Flared Mid-Edge Ceramic 66cm Inset Basin with Flared Wide Bowl. Initial ordering and delivery were fast; however, the basin arrived with a massive crack in the overflow and when we contacted them for a refund, it took them a very long time to reply and there wasn't even an apology!!

Must be better out there for the money
After 4 years of use. All the weaves are splitting on the top of the table and some on the chairs. Contacted Oseasons who didn't even ask me to send pictures. If £1300 for 4 years use is ok to you go for it. I personally expected 10 years at this cost. Not happy now as I was when we first received this.
