Poor communication
The item was received damaged which happens. They offered a good amount of money off but I wanted a new one which wasnt available. Unfortunately getting the item returned and a full refund has been hard work and I have had to ask ebay to step in. Its been sat in my living room for 3 weeks now waiting!

Ordered an L shape sofa, bench and a table to go in our new garden and very pleased. No excess packaging and delivery was prompt. Compared to what you can pay the price was very reasonable as well. Easy enough to out together so very happy

Great sturdy little table
Great sturdy little table. Instructions could have been a bit more detailed. We had to take apart as we hadn't left enough length on the stem to secure. Hence only 4 stars.

On time delivery, well packaged. Really light but very sturdy. Slight criticism the material was a little puckered at edge of seat and back of chair which wasn’t clear on picture.

Bought a cozy bay table
Bought a cozy bay table, very high quality, powder coated aluminium, granite glass, polyurethane weave. Really well made, stainless steel fixings, looks high quality. Delivery was exceptionally fast despite the problems caused by the Corona virus. Packaging could have been better however as it was a bit worse for wear, but that is the delivery companies fault. Would definitely purchase cozy bay from oseasons again.
