I'm quite pleased with the quality of this multi-fuel stove which is better than the stove it replaces. Apart from the unavoidable weight it was reasonably easy to install single handed.
And it looks smart.

We have been very impressed with the support we have received in purchasing our sofas. Staff have been extremely helpful and efficient throughout. Our sofas are due to arrive next week when we will be able to update our review having inspected our goods. Overall highly happy with our experience with oseasons.

Although the sink was not as described due to it not having a pre-drilled tap hole, and although we had to cancel our plumber, we did get a full refund and were told we could keep the sink. I found customer service was very good.

I bought a patio furniture cover which I thought was correct for my set but unfortunately it turned out to be incorrect. I contacted Oseasons and they were happy to have item returned after I explained the issue. They gave me several options to return to even having the item picked up by Hermes.
I could not fault this company in anyway with regards how they dealt with the issue. The monies was returned to my PayPal account as they had promised. Although this purchase did not work out for me this time I hope to deal with Oseaasons again in the future.
Thank you guys for your time during in resolving the issue it was a pleasure dealing with a very professional company.
