I had a problem using the company's website - it wouldn't accept my credit card. I brought it to. their attention and the top managers personally took control and sorted out the problem as well as checking that I was OK.
Brilliant service at a time when so many companies rely on faceless chat or scripted call centres. And the furniture was excellent too!

Fabulous, outdoor furniture. Interesting designs that you don't see on the high street. Well made, in high quality materials. Online enquiries dealt with promptly and efficiently. The only reason I have not given 5* is because the packaging for delivery is not always adequate resulting in unnecessary damage to some items which could very easily have been avoided.

Great price - great quality - great delivery time

The product is excellent. Delivery was quick.
Drawback, the goods were delivered on our drive on one huge pallet.
This left us the task of unpacking the pallet and disposing of a huge amount of cardboard and other packing materials, plus a pallet too large to put in our car.
It would be good to have an unpacking option with removal of the packaging for reuse.
As it stands we have had to make one trip to the local dump and another duringthis week, after dismembering the pallet.

I have tried to contact O Seasons regarding a discount code on my next order and returning a faulty chair. Phone calls receive an unobtainable tone and emails are ignored. I am at a loss how to return the chair and get any response from them. It is very frustrating.

Ordered a garden suite, phoned can’t get through. Emailed NO response, not good at all.

Lovely furniture easy to put together quick delivery. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because we didn’t receive a dispatch or delivery date notification which meant no one was available when delivery was made however delivery driver did well to contact us and agree how to unload and store safely. All together thank you for a great product.

Excellent product, we have bought similar products previously, and excellent delivery service. Bistro table easy to assemble and very sturdy, now looking forward to some good weather to get all the benefits.
