Very good quality garden furniture

Very good quality garden furniture. Really pleased with it.
The furniture arrived though without any email so was a surprise , very lucky it was my day off ! Hence the 4* instead of 5*

Amazing high quality chairs

Amazing high quality chairs, and friendly service. However, I did have to chase initial delivery and had a damaged part resupplied to me, but Steve was very good at resolving both problems, good job I was patient.

Worse company ever

Worse company ever. Ordered a cover for chairs to be delivered to N.Ireland. When I expected the deliverery to arrive they wrote saying delivery to Ireland another £21. Didn’t know that N. Ireland is part of the UK. That Royal Mail, their delivery company charges the same to send N. Ireland as the rest of the UK. Even when I explained that N. Ireland is the UK didn’t send. Had to have it sent to son in Cambridgeshire.

Hi Wilma, I appreciate our reply is very late. We use couriers such as Palletforce, Yodel and XDP. All these couriers charge us more shipping to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately it was out of our hands as a company and more and more couriers are charging these extra amounts.

I've had several different products…

I've had several different products over the last 4 years from Oseasons, and have no hesitation in commending the quality of their Outdoor furniture. It stands the test of time against the English weather without being covered, only necessary to store cushions away in winter. Recently purchased 2 Cozy Bay Sofas which are remarkable value, and extremely well made. Only mild criticism is that promised email advising of despatch was not received. The first I knew was when delivery courier rang to make appointment for delivery, which was within the very quick delivery window specified.

Take your business elsewhere

Everything was fine until the product stopped working and then they didn’t want to know. I was told to fix it myself even though I’d had it less than 2 months. They didn’t offer to fix or replace it so the £180 I gave them meant nothing. Poor after care service and I wouldn’t buy from them again. Dont risk it, buy elsewhere

Shocking service, buy elsewhere.

We bought a new stove from this company but after 2 months the cleaning mechanism broke. I fully expected this to be resolved quickly, like any good company would. To my surprise I was told it isn’t faulty, a screw had simply come loose which wasn’t their fault. I was told to fix it myself or I should pay someone to fix it.
Really disappointing and such poor service. If I was you I would buy from another company who look after their customers.
