Ordered The Osim Uthrone a few days…

Ordered The Osim Uthrone a few days ago. Chair feels unconfortable and small so i want to send it back. As soon as i start a conversation about a refund there is no answer anymore. Very terrible customer service.

Arrived broken haven't had a reply since sending in proof and now raised a dispute with my credit card, terrible company and service, on reply to my review from the company I have all screenshots of our conversations regarding the broken item. Which I can upload?

Too narrow

not for fat people, super narrow, tight, squeeze a lot, design for thin people, may be this is how firm massage meant
some mode is comfortable, some mode are very painful
solid and firm machine, it feel like the machine is going to break you then the opposite

Looking forward …

I would like to compliment David for his patience and very thorough in answering all my questions as this is my first purchase of Osim product and is kinda “big investment” for the product that I have not tried. He definitely done a splendid job in selling this awesome massage chair that I can’t wait for it to arrive and try it myself. Thank you n well done David 👍🏻

foot massager

I bought the foot massager. I bought a version that had damaged packaging and had been trialled in the office for a reduced price. All of which is fine, delivery was quick and efficient too. It’s a real shame however that it isn’t clean and there are numerous bits inside the massager (crumbs/dried skin?). For £480 I would still expect a clean, ready to use item. So in many ways good service and delivery but disappointing on the state it arrived in. Especially as it is a gift :(.

Ordering Osim from the Netherlands

Ordering Osim from the Netherlands.

I have previously owned an Osim ucosy, but that was bought a long time ago on a layover in Singapore. It was so great i used it during two of my pregnancies. It recently stopped working and I was pleasantly surprised that I could place an order within Europe.

My only gripe is that it comes from UK, which is a bit annoying after Brexit, so i am hoping that they get a warehouse in the EU.

My experience ordering was quite good. I was not able to contact them via phone initially so i tried instagram, email and via whatsapp.
I found that whatsapp was the most responsive and found it really helpful as all of my questions were answered.

I would definitely be ordering again as i love osim products. Yes they cost more than the ones on amazon but my last one last me 6 years with intensive use.

Avoid OSIM uLove

OSIM offered a great range of trusted products over the last decade. That was a comment of last decade. These days, it can no longer be rated the same way.

I have my relatives and friends in Singapore and Malaysia who highly recommend this brand to me. I have personally tried the product in Singapore and it was a great experience. However, they are not reliable, at least you have to avoid uLove. Yes, you are right, that is the chair with Andy Lau and JJ Lin in their advert.

This brand has fundamental design and quality control fault. This is the brand I owned since July 2018. I was convinced by the sales guy about the stability of this product. I was told that the OSIM product barely breakdown. Customer who owned OSIM massage chair in average has 10 years without service or maintenance. That is a complete lie at least for uLove in my case.

I paid £4.5K to own the product for 3 years now and it has been breakdown 4 times. Luckily for the first 3 times, it was covered by 2 years warranty which I demanded at the point of purchase. I was then unlucky to have the chair breakdown during Pandemic (the 4th time) and received no service for 9 months. I raised my concern to Singapore Headquarter but getting no response or attention. I understand the circumstance of Pandemic would cause delay of services or repairs; however, what I can’t understand is I have received no response from Singapore Headquarter on my complaints. The pandemic would cause a delay to repair but can’t see that can be a reason for not responding to an overseas customer’s complaint?

Waited for almost 9 months and finally having had to pay a cost to repair last week, I am now waiting for what next issue I will be facing from uLove. I will give myself another 6 months or so for another update to this review.

Long story short, if you are looking for a massage then avoid OSIM. if you are a UK based customer and looking for a massage chair then OSIM is a NO NO. If you are a OSIM supporter and must go for OSIM, then avoid uLove. Believe me or not, after these years of hassles and having to spend £4.5K for a chair that is not working, I have now stopped watching Andy Lau’s movies and stop listening to JJ Lin’s songs. Apparently, that is the one way to ease my pain.

Last but not least, I sincerely urge the Headquarter in Singapore to consider recalling this product due to its unsubstantial, instability and high maintenance cost. And please give more attention to overseas customer support. We don’t get the chair for free.

We were looking into buying a massage…

We were looking into buying a massage chair & contacted OSIM. David contacted us quickly via WhatsApp & were able to answer our queries. He then arranged a time to ring us to talk through possible deals. After a discussion we agreed a deal & was sent an email to confirm the deal & a link to raise the order etc... We were very happy with the whole process & am now waiting for delivery.
