I bought an intex inflatable sofa bed from Outdoor Leisure Direct. While there were some mixed reviews online of the product, I took the risk and am delighted that I did.
It arrive within a day of ordering, was well packaged and several weeks later, I absolutely love it. Would recommend this company and product to anyone. I'll be back for inflatable boats for the summer!

Very happy with the speed of service and the product - perfect mattress for occasional use - comfortable and easy to blow up and deflate.

We were so surprised with how good the item was when it came. For only £32 we have a massive airbed that will last us ages. It is easy to inflate and deflate and very comfortable. We bought it for when our relatives come to stay but we have left it up and lie on it in our lounge to watch films. Lazy I know but it really is comfortable. It was delivered exactly when we were told it would be. We even had an email the day of delivery to tell us exactly when it would be coming. Which it did. We were very happy with the product and delivery. I just wish more companies used this type of delivery service.

I only wish I had bought the product (aqua shoes) years ago.

Had a brilliant delivery, that required no sitting in waiting around. An exact time was texed, these are the little things that REALLY make a huge difference. Item as described and well packaged. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased an airbed from Outdoor Leisure Direct over a week ago and contacted them on Monday to say that it will not keep inflated, so it is obviously faulty. After many emails and telephone conversations at my expense, It is now Friday and it is now being collected but that is not the end of it. I have had to pay an extra courier cost for collection and they will not give me a replacement or refund until the product has been returned to them for what they say 'Testing'.
On their website it does not state that this will be the case if you have to return any product on the contriary it states the opposite as it says "DONT WORRY, IF YOU HAVE A FAULTY ITEM WE WILL ARRANGE TO EITHER REPLACE OR REFUND, STANDARD 14 DAYS NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY". I'm afraid this is not the case at all.
They also trade on Ebay and on viewing the feedback there, which I wish I had before purchasing anything from this so called company, there is alot of negative feedback which just confirms my experience, NO GOODS, NO REFUND, EXTRA COSTS.........BUYERS BEWARE.............

The product was as discribed and at a price I was happy to pay and turned up on time.
What more can you ask of a supplier. Highly recommended

I ordered a mattress which was in between Christmas and New Year, I was a bit worried that it wouldn't arrive when they said it would because of bank holidays etc. But it arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend this web site to anyone.

I was recommended these by a fellow outdoor-all-year-round swimmer for those very cold days when your feet go numb. They are the best swimming-shoes i've ever found. They're good for breast-strokers as they have just enough weight to keep a good level in the water (many surf shoes float - not good) and you can keep a grip on the water with your feet. They also have good fit but because they have an adjustable strap you can get them on and off easily even with wet feet without getting into the hoppy-dance routine!
The price was incredibly good and the service was very fast. What more can I say?

Website was detailed, especially as I had never bought a wetsuit before. I was able to buy without worry that I had ordered the correct size. I ordered a tortoise house it arrived in 2 days.The quality is outstanding, other houses i have viewed on various sites come no where near the quality and excellent value for money considering the nearest one i found was £60 and i only paid £24.99 with free delivery.i would recommend this company to anyone, good service and great value for money what more can i say extremely happy with my purchase.
