Outdoor leisure direct communicated well every step of the way. They informed me when the item was ready for dispatch which was within hours of placing my order and the item arrived in super fast time. 2nd time I have used the company for ordering online items and each time got a 10% discount off next order which was an added bonus. Will definitely order from the company again and again!

Ordered on Saturday received on Monday . Beach shoes were as described so well satisfied. Can't wait to get to the sunshine next week to try them out !!

Myself and my boyfriend were heading to Lanzarote for a weeks holiday - we had been last year and found a fabulous cove to go snorkelling in...only problem was, to get down to the water we had to walk on hard rocks and cobbles...ouch! We decided to buy some water shoes from Outdoor Leisure Direct and they were perfect for the job! Although the sizes are slightly on the bigger side (we bought some cheap short socks and this sorted the problem) they made a huge difference to our holiday, as I was dreading having to walk on the surface to get into the water!

They were reasonably priced, delivered when they were supposed to, and although I contacted to company to ensure they had been dispatched, I got the pleasure of dealing with Graham who was very very helpful, friendly and gave me some tips to chase up the local Post Office - which thankfully I didnt need to do as the items were delivered later on that day!

Would definatly use this company again!!

I wanted a wetsuit for my recent triathalon so bought one from outdoor leisure direct. The product was great quality and most important kept me warm in a cold dorney lake

Very fast delivery,many places sell the same product but charge a lot more,it's a good quality item.Its got the children away from the tv and out into the fresh air plus the added bonus of some good exercise!!

Excellent service, can't find anything to complain about, received the wetsuit sooner than expected in perfect condition. Got the size right by using the measurements on the website! Reliable company, would definitely order again from them. Many thanks for such a flawless service.

Can't fault the products as think they are ace to a high standard. However I ordered some stuff online last week and in a moment of madness completed the sale before I had added everything I wanted to the order. I immediately rang the company and the added the extra items to the order without me having to pay for another load of postage but they wouldn't give me the same 10% off as my code was an online code only. Seemed quite inflexible to me and think they could have honoured the 10% discount as was only a few pound but would have seemed fair to me. Products are good though and will keep on shopping there but will only order items every now and then as postage is high and staff inflexible if make mistake!

I had been looking for some inexpensive gifts to put in Christmas Shoe Boxes for Smiles International and order a box of 'pool' balls. The order was taken late at night and delivered in good condition to my work address about 36 hours later. Glad to find the site and will no doubt be back.

I ordered a heater for my pool and a debris cover. A slight mix up was sorted out and i would recommend this company to all my friends. Fast delivery and friendly guy on the end of the phone.

My wife was looking for a wetsuit and had been recommended to buy an Osprey brand by our local surf guru. Had a look online at Outdoor Leisure and quickly found what she wanted. BUT her size seemed between sizes. So I emailed the company with size questions. They replied very quickly with the details I needed. And that was on a Sunday!!
I placed an order there and then and we had the wetsuit the following Tuesday. Amazingly helpful and efficient. Couldn't have been better.

We needed an awning at the right price and delivered quick. Outdoor Leisure have met both requirements and to top it all it was free delivery. We ordered Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon. I would definitely use this company in the future
