Hi Carl, thank you for your review, we are very disappointed that you feel the service we provided was at a 2 star level, you ordered 1 item that came with 2 free extras, the main item and one of the extras would have been delivered the second day after ordering, however no one was home and our calls went to your voicemail, where we left a message, we delivered the next day. The second free item was coming direct from the supplier and you received this on the 2nd of August. The majority of our orders are complete within 3 days, we are sorry that your took a little longer 6 days in total. Fab service
Great service. Phoned to check a product. They phone me back as promised with the info so I ordered online with standard free delivery expecting three or so days but arrived next day. Fantastic.
Puts some other online retailers to shame. Lightingandmobileaccessories via Amazon should take note what customer service is because they haven’t a clue.
Highly recommend these guys at Outdoormania and will come here first next time.

Cheapest price and lovely staff
Cheapest price for what we were looking for and very pleasant and helpful staff when we called them. We were kept up to date on the progress of the order. Would definitely reccomend and we will use them again.

Outwell Milestone Awning
I bought an inflatable awning for our camper from Outdoor Mania. It was a great price and despatched quickly, with good tracking information.
When delivered, the included pump was defective (not Outdoor Mania's fault). A quick email to their customer service team saw a replacement pump sent and delivered the next day! Excellent prompt service and a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.

Stock Problems
Not so much friction, more disappointment. Ordered an awning had to phone up myself on the 9th of July to discover it wouldn’t be in stock until the 19th of July. Very friendly customer service and apologetic but would have appreciated earlier notification so I could have shot elsewhere.
