an excellent service my only complaint would be that e mail telling me when my goods would arrive was sent on day of delivery so I did not get it until after I had nearly missed my delivery could it not be sent the day before

Didn't have the tent I wanted automatically offered two better tents for the same price. Delivery was quick. I will definitely use them again!!!!

I ordered a family tent and sleeping bags for my child, husband and I, We put the tent up the other day and it was great. We have yet to use the sleeping bags but they look nice and cosy. The delivery was super fast and free! The products were cheap but not lacking in quality.

The first time I have used Outdoor World, but certainly not the last.
After finishing my order, it took exactly 32 minutes until I had an email saying that my items were on their way.
Ordered Monday and Wednesday my new tent arrived in Denmark - now that's my kind of service.
Prices are very competitive and even when paying for shipping overseas, the total cost was far less than if I had bought my tent in Denmark.

I use this company quite often and they are always reasonably priced and deliver very quickly. When there are special reductions or sales. No one can beat them.

Would have liked more options on the delivery text e. g. Leave in porch or leave in garage. Luckily enough I was able to get home for the delivery, but the options were not made clear when I ordered . I would certainly use again though.

I rarely book online with sites I haven't used before, but I trusted this Out Door World, with its very basic, easy yet instructive site. I made my purchase and awaited my order, as I did so I was made fully aware of my parcels whereabouts and was kept up to date on all accounts with my option via email. I received an email to inform me of delivery date, and later received delivery time on the day of arrival, with options to opt out, or divert my parcel if I was busy which left me feeling confident in my choice of purchase. When I received my purchase, packaging was sufficient and my parcel was very well looked after. I would highly recommend Out Door World to anyone! Delivery was quick and easy, and very reliable!

Upon receipt of my delivery, realised I had ordered the wrong sleeping bag. Returned, and new sleeping bag delivered a week later. All with no headache.
Would definitely use again.

I bought a tent and a self-inflatable mattress from these guys, so far it's all been plain sailing. Would recommend, looks so far like quality kit and at decent prices. of course the real test will be when I go camping in July....!

Thank you, mainly, for getting this to me on time as I needed it quickly. Also, you texted me with delivery details on the day and the day before which was a superb touch. The sleeping bag was good quality - better than I thought it would be for the price.

Order was placed on the Sunday with standard delivery and goods were recieved on the Tuesday. E-mails received confirming order and giving details of shipment which you are able to trace. Goods were well packaged and received in top class condition. Excellent service from this supplier.
