Exactly as described and quick reliable delivery

Despite the millions of bubble wrap my camping kettle still managed to get bashed! I didn't bother mentioning as it is still usable and the price rest of the products were excellent!

Our two inflatable camping pads arrived in a couple of days.They contacted us on the day for deliveryand gave several options to ensure that we had the best choice to suit us "on the day". Although my order arived in two days, the price was good and delivery was free, unfortunatly I received the wrong tent, would of re ordered but tent then out of stock, obvousley unhappy with sevice

This wardrobe is perfect, erects in seconds - no more connecting of poles with head inside plastic wardrobe cover, getting very hot and bothered..

After struggling to find a supplier for a single length of replacement fibreglass tent pole of the right diameter, then finding one that appeared to stock them but then failed to deliver, Outdoor World came up with the goods in time to save the day!

Had very helpful and friendly customer service after I mis-ordered. The return snd swap process was made easy and the product was returned and replaced within 24 hours. Much appreciated.
