Ben and his team were superb with all stages of the booking and took the time to ask about things that we had not even thought off!
They were fantastic at making sure that things were running correctly and that we had all the documentation etc that was required for the trip.
We chose the hotel we wanted to stay at and Ben's team just did the rest.
I certainly will be using them again, a great team.

Kate recently booked a last minute holiday to South Africa (Safari, Cape Town & Johannesburg) for a Birthday celebration. From the day we spoke Kate was so helpful, made my holiday booking enjoyable and had excellent communication throughout. The hotels, The Safari Lodge and all locations were all excellent and its just made our holiday a once in a life time experience. Kate is incredible! Booking holidays with her is a game changer. She totally gets our family’s requirements and delivers a brilliant service every time. Our latest holiday to Dubai got cancelled due to conflict and she was ahead of the curve with getting us rebooked with the exact holiday we want in new location. Ben and the team at Out of this Workd travel came recommended when I was trying to organise a trip to Dubai.
Ben was extremely helpful in offering advice and ensuring the holiday came in within budget.
Unfortunately we were caught in the no UAE flight travel. Ben made contact with me anticipating the potential disruption before it even became an issue!
Within a few days the holiday was cancelled, full refund arranged and new destination, hotels, transfers and flights booked....very last minute.
Everything went to plan, a fabulous holiday was had with the reassurance of knowing that both Ben and Karen were at the end of the phone at any point if any problems occurred.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received from Ben and his team. From start to finish the frequency and quality of communication was superb. They work to whatever your budget is, no question is a stupid one and they stay on hand for the entire duration of your holiday. We got caught up in the Middle East disruption on the way back from Thailand and Ben was beyond amazing. Will 100% use them again and have already recommended to some work colleagues.

Personalised, fantastic service, available outside of the usual 9-5pm which is really useful for me! I always appreciate the effort and time put into finding the right hotels and accommodation at the quoting stage to make sure you get the best possible location and hotel for your budget. Ben and Karen organised the most wonderful honeymoon for us this January, coordinating a sightseeing tour around northern India as well as a week in the Maldives. We felt so looked after the entire time and could not fault the care we received from the team. There were so many moving parts during the trip, including 5 hotels and 5 flights, which is why we sought professional help to organise our dream holiday and we were so glad we found Out Of This World Travel. We had an amazing experience booking our honeymoon through OUT of this WORLD Travel.

Ben was fantastic from the very beginning — he talked us through all of our options, created different budget choices, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Once we decided, he booked everything for us and kept us regularly updated about any flight changes, staying in constant contact throughout.

Karen was our concierge and she was equally brilliant. She took care of all our online check-ins and was always available to answer any questions we had.

The honeymoon they booked for us was absolutely amazing, and we made so many incredible memories. Ben also followed up during and after our honeymoon to make sure everything was going well, which really showed how much they care about their clients. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Kate went above and beyond by checking us in for our flights, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply look forward to our holiday. She also contacted the hotel and requested a room upgrade and Prosecco upon arrival, which was a great surprise after a long day of travelling. Cate booked my 40th birthday trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. It was our first time travelling by Eurostar and she was absolutely amazing and very responsive. I'll be booking my next holidays with her going forward.

Having seen her start her journey in working in the industry, her knowledge of all the options for our October holiday was incredible.

Once a decision was made, no job was too big or small for her, it took all the pressure off me to sort out arrangements, flights, hotels, experiences, checking in, everything was covered. The fact that she would respond to any query within a matter of minutes was brilliant and reassuring.

It enabled us to enjoy our holiday without the usual build up of stress of organisation including coming back as well.

Kate at OUT of this WORLD Travel was brilliant!! my whole experience from giving Kate the locations I was most keen to visit to her delivering the options available to me made the whole process from start to finish so easy and enjoyable, I felt really well looked after because so much care and thought went into her research for my perfect holiday!

Our trip to Japan was everything we wanted it to be. Our brief was that we wanted to travel independently but with a bit of help. Amanda sorted flights and an itinerary with ‘Inside Japan’ who were fabulous. Their guides in Tokyo and Kyoto were knowledgeable and took us away from the usual tourist hotspots to get a good idea of the culture. We had the reassurance of Ben and Karen keeping an eye on us. Ben helped with a query about the timing of the guide in Kyoto and Karen pointed out that we weren’t checked into our connecting flight home so that I could get that sorted.
All in all an amazing trip with lots of highlights and we will definitely be back to Japan and we will use Out of this World again too.

Ben Casey had recently recommended a holiday in St Vincent and the Grenadines, which we went with and it was absolutely wonderful! Brilliantly organised by Ben and Karen. Fabulous 10 days in Slovenia

Beautiful country - stayed in Ljubljana, Lake Bled and the Logar Valley.
High quality food and wine and beautiful scenery.

Kenya safari and beach trip, amazing! Ben arranged the perfect itinerary for us and it did not disappoint, 3 fabulous safari lodges. We had a great driver for the 3 day safari, very knowledgable and friendly. The beach hotel was relaxing and the perfect 2nd half of our trip. Ben suggested a day pass at a hotel near the airport when our flights changed and gave us a longer wait between connecting flights. I would absolutely do this in future where we have more than a few hours. Karen was helpful and as always fully on top of check ins and arranged a lovely birthday surprise for a suitably embarrassed but happy 16 year old! Perfect trip from start to finish and as always with the peace of mind that Ben and Karen are on hand to assist if we need it, thank you!
