Steph recently arranged an amazing trip to Dubai to celebrate my 50th birthday. Steph’s knowledge, passion and meticulous attention to detail ensured I had the most amazing time. The communication was first class coupled with ease of booking, it was such a stress free experience. I have now booked two further holidays utilising Steph’s expertise and would strongly recommend her wonderful service to friends and family.

We recently used this travel company for the first time due to a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Myself and my wife wanted a beach front resort of 4 or 5 star standard in Koh Samui, Thailand. We had visited various areas around Thailand before but never here so we were looking for expert guidance. I'm delighted that Out Of This World provided that and found us a fabulous place, ticking ALL of our boxes and providing an unbelievable service in what will be an unforgettable holiday. I would definitely recommend these guys for their attention to detail and we had a fabulous experience with them....Many thanks to Ben and Karen who we dealt with from start to finish. We booked a last minute trip away and it couldn’t have been easier! Following a quick message with our dates and budget, Cate produced a couple of options and we secured the booking within a few days. Everything was taken care of from the moment we made initial contact and the personal service we received was just excellent. Had a bespoke multi centered holiday put together to Adelaide, Sydney, Cairns, Thailand and Dubai by Cate at Out of This World Travel. We had the most amazing time!! A holiday of a lifetime!! All flights, accommodation and transfers booked for us. Cate checked in with us all the way during the booking process to make sure we were happy with the selections. Made even better by the concierge service which was incredible and all our seats on connecting flights booked for us including special dietary meals. My appetite for world travel has truly been whetted by the way everything was organized on our behalf - allowing us to simply just enjoy! It was all such a wonderful experience. I’m already discussing with Cate a multi centre Thailand trip including elephant hills!! We booked our honeymoon through Ben and it was made so easy every step of the way and felt our holiday was always in safe hands. We usually book everything separately ourselves so this was such a stress-free experience.

We had a wonderful time and loved Ben's accommodation recommendations and would certainly book through him again in future. Karen was great, checking in with us at just the right intervals to make sure everything was running perfectly, which it was.

Our third holiday facilitated by Ben and his amazing team. From the initial planning (stepping out of our comfort zone with a move to a new resort), through to updates prior to travel, check-ins and follow up along the way. Support always on hand from the Concierge team. We never had to chase, things just happen around you which makes for a relaxing holiday experience.

We have recently returned from a trip to Dubai booked through Out of this World Travel. Ben and the team were fantastic. Initially, they gave us a number of hotel options with great insights as to location, facilities, transport links etc.
The hotel we booked was in a great location and we had an amazing time.
From the moment we booked the holiday right through the check-in process and transfers Karen did everything for us.
This is the second time we have booked with them and we will definitely do so again next year. We can thoroughly recommend them for all travel needs.

Can’t thank Steph enough for helping me and my partner book at last minute trip away to Majorca.
After finding difficulty in trying to find a short break away at such last minute,
Steph managed to keep within our budget and was able to offer a few ideas within our price range to choose from which allowed us to breakdown our specifics for booking a holiday which included adults only and a beachfront location with a short walk to all the amenities.
The whole process was hassle free and so easy as booking a holiday so last minute was becoming quite stressful and with the help of Steph the stress was taking out of my hands. The extra touches such as checking us in to our flights and checking in with us prior to departure and during our stay to make sure everything was as expected made the experience of booking a holiday enjoyable.

I would just like to say a massive Thank You to Cate Palmer who solved a very tricky problem for me with regards a cruise I cannot thank her enough! Cate then managed to successfully secure a few days away in Cavtat in Croatia for myself and my daughter. Cate was fully aware of our needs - my daughter loves Croatia but not so keen on walking very far! However, she did manage the 20 min walk to the centre of Cavtat from our hotel which is a real gem!

Our Hotel - The Albatross was right next door to the beach and along side was the jetty for our boat trip to Dubrovnik! We booked that from inside the hotel and really enjoyed the trip and will definitely be going back there again later this year!

We have had an amazing time and looking forward to booking our next trip with Cate very soon!
