Ben and his team booked international and internal flights to Singapore and Australia. They also chose first class hotels during our trip and a campervan which we used to do a 12 day tour from brisbane to cairns. All details were precise and made the whole experience stress free. I had no clue where to go for my family holiday, and felt a bit overwhelmed by all the choices in the world. Ben asked me what I wanted from my holiday and used this information to narrow the choices down to a couple of options. He also gave us a couple of hotel options, after knowing what was important to us in a resort & in a hotel. We decided on the Olympic Lagoon in Paphos and we had the best family holiday - it ticked every box we had - relaxing, great food, adventure, sightseeing. Thanks to Ben for all his patience with me!

I have had the pleasure of using Ben and his knowledge to arrange several tailor made holidays for us. The ones that come to mind are two fantastic 5 star Hotels and ski holidays in Val D'Isere and Mayrhofen for us and 15 friends and an amazing romantic week in St Lucia. After a disastrous “big birthday” that fell in the year that must not be spoken of, 2020, I decided I deserved something a little special and wanted to book a short break away in early 2022 for my friend and I.

I spoke to Ben at Out of this World Travel about luxury holidays, giving him an idea of budget and ideal requirements (good weather, not a horrendously long flight, copious amounts of food and drink and a general “you’re a princess” vibe).

Ben sent through a variety of holidays – showing a breakdown of each one together with photos. He then spent time over a zoom call going through them all and giving the pro’s and con’s to help both me and my very indecisive friend make a decision.

Such a seamless, stress-free process and with buckets of patience, Ben is highly recommended! As the holiday drew nearer he was in contact with us, making sure everything ran smoothly, booking extras for us, checking us in and even arranging wine in the room for when we arrived!

Our holiday to Mauritius was most definitely 'out of this world'. I have never had such a smooth process getting me from my house, to the airport, through customs, and eventually to our destination.

Having a dedicated travel consultant/advisor and a dedicated Concierge manager to make sure everything goes swimmingly just knocks spots off the competition. These guys are often as competitive as going to a high street shop, if not cheaper, so you have absolutely nothing to lose by speaking with them, and everything to gain.
