Ben and his team sorted everything for me and it was amazing, took all the hassle out of organising it myself. I was attending a wedding in Athens and had a strict timetable to work to. The team did an amazing job and at a very competitive price better then could find. Thank you guys.

I contacted Cate with our holiday requirements and she responded with a package for our South African adventure which suited our needs. Cate was brilliant, she answered our questions, responded quickly, know matter the time or where in the world she was. It was also really helpful to know that if we needed help or advice Cate was at the end of the phone or email.
The package was brilliant and it made our holiday planning smooth, with no hassles, I loved the fact we got an itinerary to follow and after our holiday Cate phoned wanting an update about our adventure.

Ben helped me to book a surprise getaway for my Husbands 40th and I could not be happier with his recommendation. Both his and Karen’s service throughout were beyond expectation, reminding me of what needed to be done and booking on extras that we needed. Contacted Ben regarding a much needed spa break. He listened to my requirements and came back with a variety of options. I settled on a spa holiday in Cyprus. I was kept up to date with information and assisted by Karen who provided information and amended any options i had made.

I had a wonderful restful holiday and had the reassurance i could contact 'the team' at any time.

I have always booked my family holidays with Ben. He and his team take care of you totally from booking the holiday , checking you in sorting boarding passes , organising excursions should you want them to , contacting hotels you are staying at for any information you might need , checking you in for your departure flight and contactable should any issues arise whilst you are away. I have recently lost my husband and have felt confident enough to still go away as I know Ben and his team are there for me . He organised a bespoke trip for myself and friends to Vancouver. Vancouver Island and Seattle which was simply amazing. Give Ben a tough idea what you want to do and he will sort the itinerary. Not only does he do long haul bookings , if you want a city break or a holiday in Europe he can sort. During Covid he was contactable and was able to cancel or move your holiday . Refunds no issue. I cannot recommend this company enough. Just simply the best !!! A stars

A huge thank you to Ben, Karen and Sarah for arranging our amazing holiday to Thailand tailored to our requirements - Elephant Hills was just an amazing experience! Ben and the team took care of absolutely everything, the hotels, the transfers, everything was faultless and ran like clockwork. From start to finish a 10/10 service!

I am not very confident booking on line so when I saw the services Cate @out of this world offered I knew it would suit me perfectly.
I booked all my 3 overseas holidays with Cate including a cruise over a few months and it was a great decision to do so.
Each time I saw a holiday I was interested in I simply sent a WhatsApp message and within a few minute I had a reply along with a time to chat with Cate to discuss my requirements. Each time it was so simple and the holidays were booked within 20 minutes ,no stress and no confusion - it was perfect.
All our confirmations quickly followed along with contact from Karen our concierge.
We have just returned from the first of our holidays and everything was seamless.Karen did all our checking in and contacted us before we departed and Cate was in contact even on our day of departure informing us of the weather in our destination and wishing us a lovely holiday.
I can't praise Cate enough and will definitely be back for my 2025 bookings .

We booked with Ben months before we travelled to NYC. Ben and Karen were excellent from moment we booked, during our trip and on coming home. We had 5 days at Hilton Midtown and on first evening received a letter from Ben offering his assistance, along with a bowl of fruit. Was a lovely touch and gave the personal feel you get when dealing with Ben and Karen. Karen was outstanding throughout and a really great source of information and help.

We booked business class with BA and the service especially outbound was excellent. I personally wouldn't bother with first class as difference is minimal to BC.

I won't comment on NYC other than to say was fantastic and a must visit. This is all about Ben and Karen and the exceptional customer service provided. Massive credit to them both and will book again without hesitation. Anyone reading this give them a go, you won't be disappointed!

We have just got back from 6 nights in Dubai staying at The Marriot Palm Jumeirah and it was fabulous! The hotel was booked directly from Ben's recommendation and wonderful knowledge of the area...he really knows his stuff! He was also able recommend the wonderful restaurant we ate in and other sites we booked. His knowledge, really is second to none! We had fabulous service from beginning to the end. Ben actually listens when you tell him your budget and ideas!! Having Karen to also support and help plan so much of our trip made things so hassle free!! We can't wait to book our next trip with you!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in the Caribbean. Everything was so easy, Cate from Out of this World Travel took care of everything, we contacted her on an evening after seeing her Facebook post and it was all booked and confirmed within the hour. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Cate, her personal service is the best and it was so reassuring to have a direct phone line to contact her at any time night or day!

Just got back from a wonderful relaxing holiday to Abu Dhabi. The personal service we received from Cate Palmer was excellent from start to finish. We were provided with a personal concierge Karen who again was very efficient checked us special requests directly with the hotel. Again wonderful personal service will definitely be booking again with Cate.

We travelled to Vancouver then over the Rockies on the Rocky Mountaineer train to Banff. What an amazing experience.
The planning an organisation of our trip was completely handled by the team at Out of this World Travel -which took away the stress and allowed us to just enjoy the holiday.

A service second to none.

This was our first year booking through Ben Casey and Out of this world travel and I am happy to say it won't be the last time.
We were looking for a change from our usual Europe 2 week holiday, we gave Ben some dates and a budget and waited to see what options he gave us. We ended up booking a family holiday to Mauritius, which we never thought would be an option for us.
We have just returned from the holiday and loved it so much, we have just booked to return next year.
Nothing is too much trouble for Ben and his team. They sorted out bookings for golf and a la carte restaurants, before we even arrived, taking away all of the stresses. Even the glitch of a cancelled flight was immediately sorted, hotel just extended our stay and billed the airline, we didn't even raise a heartbeat as it was all sorted.
Booking through Out of this world is all about the little personal touches, the personal contact to ensure everything is OK, whilst your away. Vouchers for the kids to spend at the airport, kids thought this was brilliant, to the online booking for the flight, prior to departing for home and the private transfers. Nothing is too much trouble. I have already recommended Ben and his team to several people already and I will continue to. If you want a stress free, special holiday, definitely use Ben.

From start to finish our experience was truly OUT of this WORLD. From the moment we contacted Ben to discuss our holiday to stepping off the plane after our holiday everything was wonderful. Truly a personal service which catered for all our needs and desires. The team kept in touch both pre holiday, during and after. Our hotels were sublime, the guides wonderful and we gained real insight into the culture of Vietnam and Cambodia which was exactly the brief we discussed with Ben. It was such a wonderful way to start our (early) celebrations for our 30th wedding anniversary.

Singapore and New Zealand are beautiful countries (especially New Zealand) and offer so much to the traveller. If you can - go and visit. We are sure you will have the time of your life.
