Pack and Send Bristol West - Superb Service.
Needed to send two delicate and valuable stringed instruments from the UK to Tasmania. Having given the dimensions to P&S they calculated the cheapest way of sending them (two smaller boxes rather than a large single crate), arranged collection of the instruments from my house, packaged and sent them via international carrier, and delivered safe and sound. They were efficient, patient, helpful and a delight to deal with. No question went unanswered, and they dealt with all the formalities and paperwork. They made the whole operation stress free and simple. I would highly recommend Pack and Send Bristol West. Thank you Christina and Ian!

Exceptional from start to finish A++++++++
I contacted Pack & Send Reading to collect, pack and ship some very fragile auction lots. From first email Leilah was incredibly helpful and professional. A quote was received quickly (same day), the items were collected the next day from the auction house, wrapped very well indeed and packaged in a double wall box. They shipped via Fedex (which was very good) all items arrived next day beautifully and safely packed. The service was exceptional, emails every step of the way, always very kind and polite. As regards price, given they had to collect, wrap, pack and ship, the cost was very good. This is the first time using a service like this and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Reading Pack and Send, you really are in safe hands :-)

Wow….what a great service
Our businesses use these types of services a few times a month and have done so for many years across the whole country. This is the first time that Victor has helped us and goodness what a breath of fresh air.
1) He promptly quoted us back within an hour
2) His quote was fair and well priced, compared to the competition.
3) He arranged the collection of our products inn2 days and their delivery to our offices within a week. This is exceptional by other’s standards.
4) Each item (fragile) was very safely packed and arrived in perfect condition.
This is often not the case with others. And you just keep your fingers crossed.
We cannot recommend him enough and will always use him again in the future when needing collections in his catchment area.

Delicate Clock Shipment
I used Pack & Send Hammersmith to ship a fragile clock to Australia. The clock was well wrapped and the package was clearly marked to indicate the fragile contents. Delivery was quick with a friendly driver. I regularly use Pack & Send for shipments from the UK to Australia. The Best at a most reasonable price!
Everything was excellent from start to finish, thorough attention was paid to details, and knowing we didn't hire a specialized fine art packing and shipping company, there was only one way to tell the difference. That difference was that we paid a FRACTION of the cost of what we have been paying for comparable quality service in London and the UK in the past 10 years. What really helped us make our decision to hire Newbury Pack & Send UK, was that the auctioneers Dreweets, we purchased an important piece of art from, recommended them wholeheartedly. Having great, personalized service, with the fragile, large canvas, arriving safely was obviously the most important thing, but getting it done smoothly, in time, and with personable professionalism, is the cherry on the cake, for which I specifically thank Mr. Hassan-ji and the crew in his shop.

I worked with Hassan to help one of our clients ship an artwork during the Christmas holidays, and the timing was extremely tight. We had very limited alternatives, so this was a high-pressure situation. I’m truly glad I was introduced to this company and connected with Hassan, he was an absolute gem. Pack and send Lincoln
Pack and send Lincoln - do not use . I sent a musical instrument abroad. Told them the value . Paid almost £800 to ship it . It arrived irreparably damaged and Pack and send have not paid the value of the instrument. Apparently they “ can’t afford “ to pay me back.
They have breached their own terms and conditions and their own statements on their website .
The head office number is “out of service “ and customer service is a chatbot .

. I now see Pack and Send have replied below . When I made my review they had persistently failed to answer my e mails or calls . I gave them many weeks to resolve the issue before making my review . Since making the review they have given me a PARTIAL refund. They have called me by telephone today as they were upset that I had given them a 1 star review. They have also failed to give me details of their complaints procedures which I requested in writing.
