Great assistance with shipping outside of the UK
I had to ship an artwork outside of the UK and the team was really amazing. EVERYONE in the whole team, on different fronts was really happy and proactive in clearing out all my doubts, they were proactive on different solutions, and they were also quick to answer my emails when sometimes in situations like this it is very much appreciated.
This was my first experience doing something similar and it was just so helpful to have done it with them since they had the experience and they really helped me throught the whole process. ( which was super stressfull for me)
I would definetely recommend the service. And 100% would come back as a client in the future.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
booked an item to be shipped using their quotation system.
put my sizes and weights in also the destination address.
They gave me a total price which i was happy to pay then
about a month later they charged my bank card £90+ and said it was for a fuel surcharge.
There was no formal warning about this, they just charged it straight on to my card without me knowing.
UPDATE!
I raised the concern with their customer service and they told me there is nothing they will do about it.

Pack and Send in Lincoln and John
Pack and Send in Lincoln and particularly John could not have been more helpful. They were fantastic. I had a lot of trouble with ParcelForce and Royal Mail as they do not coordinate at all and my parcel did a lot of unnecessary travelling around the country. He helped me track my parcel and relocated it and then kindly repacked it and resent it.
I highly recommend them.

Excellent and polite service
I contacted Pack and Send as I was moving to Australia, to live with my daughter and her family, following the death of my husband.
The gentleman who came to assess the amount of stuff I was wanting to be moved was extremely polite and helpful.
My stuff was collected and packed in bubble wrap. I have never seen such a large roll of bubble wrap in my life.
I was kept informed of the progress all the way through until it all joined me in Australia.

Unbelievable service from Kholbie who handled my enquiry. Basically I had 24 hours to arrange the pick up of unpackaged art and I only had a one hour window to collect it and Kholbie managed to arrange this for me. She was so positive and handled the whole situation like a personal challenge that she wanted to complete and she did it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Our parcel was sent from Ireland to England.
It arrived quickly and safely and had been really well packed. There was slight damage to the box, even though it had been marked as fragile but because of the careful packing the items were kept really safe.

Absolutely brilliant service. I used Pack & Send to collect an item that I had bought at auction. It was extremely delicate and must have been a nightmare to pack up. It was collected from the auction house and sent to me very quickly. The packaging was superb and it arrived in one piece.
