Absolute nightmare dealing with this…

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company and shipping to the US. Have provided no assistance what so ever bar providing a number to the US to call for their issues. Once you’ve paid there’s no customer service what so ever. Lady was no help at all and even threatening. Stay clear go through the delivery service direct.

For international shipments, once freight arrives in the destination country, customs clearance and delivery are managed by the carrier’s local operations. This means that for certain issues, communication must go through their U.S. office directly, as they handle final delivery and any customs queries. We understand this can be frustrating, and our team did all they could within the limits of the carrier’s process. Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Submitted a request for documents to be picked up the next day. Two days later they were still not picked up, I contacted the company and they stated it would be picked up that day. It took a week. Will never be using this company again.

Good service, and more affordable than others

easy to get online quote and book, though after paying I got an auto email saying pickup could be upto 3 days after the booking date I requested. Pick up was easy - he even came back the next day when I realised my label had faded in the sun and had to reprint. Delivery across AUS was quick.

Dont use Pack & Send

They email me saying that I have to call DHL (who actually shipped the item)and find out about my parcel status as they are not authorised. Why did I pay them $1100 when I have to call the actual real courier and liaise between them and the sender. Pack and send did nothing at all.

Finally a freight company that now has:
1. respectable pricing
2. proper billing - with out the phantom billing of other freight companies
3. a customer facing approach where you can phone and visit (unlike freight companies other who hide)

I was once again impressed with the…

I was once again impressed with the speed, efficiency and reasonable cost of sending pictures interstate. They arrived and returned after the exhibitions, on time and in perfect condition. I'll definitely use Pack and Send Hornsby again.

A work colleague recommended them to me instead of Australia Post. They were cheaper, more convenient and delivered in the timeframe that they stated

everything has been great but price

Everything has been good but price. It is ridiculously expensive to send overseas. And when the parcel is out a tiny amount (by accident) P&S add exorbitant fee.

True Customer Service!

The experience was made great by the customer service I received at the Pack & Send Depot in Noosa that I dropped my package to. The owner there helped unload my box and helped me with every step of the way. He went above and beyond, doing more than was required of him. Not often you see true customer service like that anymore.

Have been a regular user of Pack & Send the past 10 years

Have been a regular user of Pack & Send, from QLD, WA and VIC…had 4.6kg parcel to take from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne. had a quote from P.O. and $ as extra baggage on flight…the Cost from Pack & Send was way cheaper, it was collected and delivered within 5 days…brilliant service 💯

Earliest Pick up a fiction but otherwise good.

Cost effective service. When I have used it, the quoted "Earliest Pickup date" from my suburban city location has not been met. They quoted PU "Today" but as soon as you book & pay - "Due to high levels demand there will be delay in Pick up", BUT it was collected the next day... Job is contracted out to another courier. Pick up a day later was but no big deal. Works well and would recommend Pack & Send.
