Absolutely useless

After taking multiple days to collect the package. They emailed me saying they had damaged some of the contents and lost some.
Weeks later, I had about half my items returned to me.
Absolutely useless. One job. Pick up and deliver a box. It’s their specialty to deliver and they couldn’t get that right. God help them if they needed to deliver something of significant sentimental value that couldn’t be replaced financially.
Never use them.

I purchased a courier service from QLD…

I purchased a courier service from QLD Australia to Sri Lanka, supposedly 4-5 business days. It took 2 phone calls just to have the item picked up. It took 8 BUSINESS days and another 2 calls to reach Sydney. From the tracking one can see the actual transport was provided by DHL, thus any queries to Pack n Send had to be forwarded to DHL.
In future just use DHL and save a world of frustration and possible delays.

Brilliant service

From booking the postage on the website to coordinating the collection of things to be sent, was so easy and convenient! I’ll definitely be using them again! And as a huge bonus, they were half the price of Aust Post.

The worst courier on the PLANET

First, it was slow. Like double the time Australia Post would take for only 10% more. The package sits in their office for up to 24 hours before it leaves, and that's their super fast express post. When it finally arrived in the destination country the tracking just ended. 1500 km from destination. No more tracking. No idea who the local courier even is, no DHL tracking number (that's who actually carried it this far) no way to find it. Then the local courier arrives, has converted the service into named-adressee-only (it was not) and won't wait 2 mins for me to come from the other end of the house, so he leaves. Leaves no card. Still no local tracking number, still no idea who the local courier is. No way to track it down. No way to get it. Worse than useless. Far worse.

Awful in every regard

Wasn't picked up on time. Had to call them multiple times to arrange a pickup. Customer service rude. Depot attendant rude. Depot was shut an hour early the day I went to drop off, had time come back another day. Atrocious service. Just spend the $5 extra and use TNT.

Recommend! Sent a mirror interstate and was so easy

Everything was easy to organise the booking online. Once booked and paid, emails are sent with confirmation and info and further instructions for packaging and pick up. I sent a 6kg mirror from Adelaide to me in Melbourne and it arrived in 2 days via Aramex.

Time SENSITIVE never use Pack and Send

Pack and Send are not the courier!!! They contract out the delivery of your package by have no control over when or if the courier will come. There is also a lack of communication so, if something goes wrong they don’t say nothing! The Balmain, Sydney branch (Luke) aren’t even knowledgeable of the basic online services and think it’s some “Head Office” idea for P&S to pick up your package?! If your package is time sensitive DON’T use P&S!!

Great price and great service

Delivery driver was positive and respectful, had a conversation rather than grunting at us. Although we expected a3-4 day delivery, product was delivered within 24 hrs, and at the other end, was brought inside and sat on a table (just inside front door) to make it easier for my 84 year old father to open. Great price and great service.

Reasonable service, but check into the fine print and details

It was easy to use the website to view and select the desired options to send my parcel. I chose to bring the parcel to a local Pack & Send store, and it was convenient and easy to do. The staff there were friendly and helpful. The tracking was a little slow initially, but it was informative enough throughout the whole process. But, 3 things seemed a bit deceptive and hidden about the whole process. 1 - the delivery time indicated on the website for my parcel and chosen destination was 2 to 3 days - but it took 5 days. 2- it took the actual delivery company, Aramex, more than a day to pick-up the parcel from the local Pack & Send store, even though I arrived early in the morning to deliver the parcel to the store. 3 - the prices provided for the given shipping options ie. with our without signature, or with or without insurance, was very unclear. I thought by selecting an option that included insurance that the price included insurance based on prior information I provided about my item. But, no. You have to pay extra for than after you select to proceed with the option. It turned out to be about $5 cheaper than using Aus Post. I'll think twice next time. I'm thankful that the parcel arrived in excellent condition though.
