What a waste of my time... I used the online chat and put in all the information about sending items to Thailand not by air. As it was a battery and other items. Told them the weight and dimensions of the Box and was told someone will contact me with costing and what they can do...........
About 2-3 weeks past and I heard nothing. I FB message them and they said they would put urgent on it. I got a phone call the next morning and first thing they asked was. What are you wanting to sent.... I said don't you have the information with you!?
He wanted to make sure the information was correct... Of course it's correct cuz I'm the one who put it in there.... I told him He then said oh we can't send batteries via air.. I told him don't bother then...
That's why I put all the information in the original enquiry. I said I did not want it to go by air because I know that I can't because of the lithium battery.

Have used Pack n Send online self service platform for several years with no problems. I am in Manly NSW. Pack n Send have a contract with & now use Aramex courier drivers. However as I learned they have no control over Aramex scheduling & drivers
Aramex said day 1 my parcel wasn’t ready but I was home waiting & listening for them. They did not attempt pickup.
Rang Pack n Send to ring drivers. Drivers didn’t respond.
Then over the next few days I kept ringing Pack n Send, and each time they would say Aramex will pick up but they didn’t come. So many calls. PnS Manager explained they have no control over Aramex scheduling & drivers. Never got a call or message from Aramex. Ordered Wednesday, finally delivered Friday 9 days later!
Terrible!
Won’t use Pack n Send again.
Ps I’ve since learned from so many people that Aramex drivers have a terrible reputation for not showing up!
Contract or not with Aramex, this is hurting your business Pack n Send. Make changes! Demand better!

The pack and send complaints service was completely useless. They blame every other service involved despite evidence that they are the problem. After 4 weeks I still have no resolution and they have a $2800 painting that belongs to me.

Mon – No pick up, called twice just rings out (no voicemail even)

Efficient and competitive rates. Printing slips is great so no need to write on the parcels. Packed and booked at night, came and picked up next morning. Was delivered interstate within a couple days.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! pack & send south Yarra have been beyond difficult to deal with - they have overcharged me horrendously and made my move to the uk incredibly stressful. It started with being misquoted between two staff members to the tune of $400. Unfortunately at this time I was leaving the country and did not have a chance to find a new shipper. The fee I paid was including the “full service” when it was difficult at every turn. Then I received the customs form that they had miscalculated leading to a £175 customs fee. I have reported them to consumer affairs but do your self a favour and avoid giving them your business.

Martin was great to deal with, I needed various fragile items to be picked up from a 3rd party, then packed and sent to me in Melbourne. My experience was seamless and the items were perfectly packed and arrived quickly & safely. Great value too - saved me many headaches.

Took more than 2 weeks.
They miss delivered to Perth which it doesn't have to go outside of NSW.
The customer service said it is supposed to arrive on the specific date which I was expecting but eventually took 2 more weeks.
Also, bad customer service.
They literally asked me to make a phone call to different company and then the other company said they have no ideas about my luggage.
I rented all of my stuff for work because the luggage has never arrived and paid for more than 600 aud and they just refund me 100 aud which I paid to ship.
Not recommended for this company,
I will never use again.

If l could have given it zero stars l would. Dropped off my package to be sent after organising payment online to find that it sat in their premises and didn’t move anywhere for 4 weeks.
I made enquiries using the online chat and was advised they were ‘looking into it’. No one got back to me and the matter was only resolved when l personally went back into their pack and send office, and saw my parcel sitting right where l dropped it off, in their reception area!
Appalling service and will not use them again.
