I’ve tried lots of things to ease pain due to degenerative disc disease pre and hip pain and this absolutely works for me. The sensation takes some getting used to but it’s so worth it. It doesn’t block 100% pain for me every time but takes the edge off it and makes it very manageable.
It helps me keep far more mobile and do things that I would normally avoid.
I’ve recommended the Painbegone Plus to about 10 people and all have had positive results.
Mine had a minor fault after over a year and they replaced it within days. Brilliant service!

Your customer service representative, Morgan, was very knowledgeable about the foot machine. She answered all of my questions and was quite courteous and making sure all of my initial questions were answered properly. The foot machine has helped me tremendously and I have been using it for about 8 months now. In fact, I have ordered 3 of them in total , one for my sister and the other one for my son.

I am still trying to access if the product is meeting its expectations. I do not have any negative early experiences.

I think I may have a faulty pen but mine arrived yesterday and from the moment I first tried it, mine smells like it's burning and the metal around the pen handle - which is the stupidest design - shocks the hand I'm holding it with. I'm pretty sure this isn't meant to happen but came with no instructions in the box. So far pretty poor experience. I've contacted paingone and hoping they can shed some light.

Returned device with in 30 days. Have not received refund. Followed return instructions. Cost $50.00 to ship. order #PG4761US

I had such horrible pain in my back and down my leg.. my leg was going numb. I went to hospital they said I was fine omg I was in tears. Then my sister brought her paingone pen over and zapped me! I thought oh brother this is ridiculous but what did I have to lose so I let her lol the next morning… what?!!!! I felt the first relief! So I quickly ordered my own pen and within 2 months I was pain free! At that point I was on a mission to zap all my friends who had complained about pain lol I think I’ve upsold about 80 pens now lol great product and it works!

This tiny TENS machine is a game changer! I have tendinitis in my left arm that can give me a lot of pain and make it very difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position. A few short minutes of use smooths this out, and having it handy on my nightstand means I am ready to deal with a nighttime recurrence.

I've been using this pen for around one year, and I love it. I have degenerative disc disease, a fractured T11 vertebrae, arthritis in my spine and a neurological condition that causes chronic nerve pain everywhere. Whilst a regular TENS machine is great for my spine pain, the paingone plus pen is fantastic for when I get nerve pain that I can reach, like in my arms and legs. And I love that it is portable. The only thing that it's missing in my opinion, is a rechargeable option. But that is easily remedied by buying some rechargeable batteries. It is a little expensive, and it doesn't seem to work for everyone (which is probably why they have a money back guarantee), but for those that it does help, it's a worthy investment. It has given me a lot of relief since I've been using it.

I only wish that l had known more about this product before wasting $75 ! Cannot use it on back or neck areas (unless you're Houdini).....totally useless for my L knee pain (main reason for purchase)....& L hand. In fact, it makes the pain & discomfort worse with the electrical impulses which feel like a burning sensation.
One more product that has failed the hype & will inevitably end up in the bottom drawer.
Please save your money & don't buy this useless junk.

This is just far too painful to use. No matter how I hold it, it feels like I am being repeatedly stabbed with a needle.I do not have sensitive skin but this leaves red marks on my skin. I just can’t use it- total waste of money…

It gives too much electric shock feeling to use it.

The unit works great, and the instructions were VERY clear and easy to understand.

The first time I called, the agent could not hear me. When I called back the 2nd time, everything was fine. I have a problem with the remote for Paingone and thought that this was the number to call. Found out I need to call customer service, which is closed on weekends. Need more info in booklet when purchasing an expensive item as this.

All of my questions and requests were answered quickly. Even though the device was on back order, I was updated and kept in the loop.
