Established in 2001, we are a licensed retailer of over 100 brands including the infamous Alessi, Kartell, Driade, Flos, Vipp and Qeeboo. UPDATE : I have now received a prompt email with an apology to say that my order will be dispatched as soon as possible or I can receive a refund. I really appreciated this quick response and am happy to wait for my item.

Due to high levels of emails we aim to reply all customer service emails within 2-3 business days which our automated message states. That communication is very poor

Have purchased a vase from you online, and returned the item for refund. I have had no response from you, therefore have left numerous messages, sent emails etc, but still no reply. I just want to talk to someone?

We are big fans of Paul and Panik

We are big fans of Paul and Panik. We've been customers for the last few years and have bought some beautiful pieces for both indoors and outdoors. Paul's knowledge and enthusiasm is second to none so we're very happy to make a strong recommendation to others.
Our latest purchase is an outdoor furniture set (KARTELL BUBBLE CLUB) which is not only fun but looks great.

Panik Design new website, great range.

Having visited Paul at his showroom, have to say I loved all that he showed us- what brands and all the surprising, stylish furniture and lighting.
have to say his knowledge on everything he stocks is second to none.
New website is a great showcase.
Wish we could have bought more!

Huge choice, great service and new website

Huge choice, amazing brands and now a website that really does the stylish choice from Panik Design proper justice.

Our house is peppered with furniture and lighting that Paul helped us choose - all with great personal service and advice. Excellent delivery. The Panik pieces are always what guests ask and talk about.

Highly recommended.

Great customer experience

I recently purchased some lighting from Panik, it arrived promptly and was everything that I’d hoped for.
I found the staff to be very knowledgeable about their products and were able to match me with exactly what I needed.
Excellent and friendly customer service, I’m already looking forward to my next interaction with them…

Exceptional Design Led company with knowledge rather than get it off the shelves ethos

I have purchased several items from Panik Designs over the months. All of the items have been superbly packaged and of considerable design value. Paul delivered a very large piece to me personally as there was a problem with the courier. A charming, knowledgeable and generally great gentleman to share time with. His knowledge of the exceptional items in stock was educational and inspirational. Could be expensive …

Very very bad customer services

Very very bad customer services! Very bad attitude! bought a storm lamp £150!! mind! Seals where broken when we came to use it! This is a Storm Lamp and should last years to come! They NEVER refunded me! Excuse last one! Yet was still on sale! Not even a good will gesture! And their email was so condescending and insulting!

Thank you for outlining your experience with us in careful detail.

In this situation, our Terms and Conditions state that for items that are faulty we will collect it if reported to us within 30days and will return it to the supplier for assessment. This determines what caused the fault and if it can be fixed or a replacement/refund provided. However, if it is outside 30 days, as in your case, it needs to be returned to us at the expense of the customer, as outlined in our T's and C's. As this item is no longer in production we were unable to fix or replace therefore a refund was offered to you once your faulty item had been received by us. We do not provide a refund until the item is returned.

At Panik Design we are a small family run business in a niche industry that has reached over 25years in the amazing world of contemporary furniture. A lot has changed in those years, and we are unable to compete with the larger establishments who can provide immediate replacements and free returns etc. We do however have the right to run our business with the policies and procedures we have set in place, and we want to provide exceptional customer service.

Again, I am so sorry you did not feel you had your needs were met with regards to your purchase.

A bunch of cowboys

Terrible service. No sense on how to run a company. I order a product 4 months ago and was initially told they were waiting for it to arrive from their supplier. About 2 months after I was told they could give me a larger size one of the same product, I agreed, and was told it would be with them from the warehouse in a week. 2 months later I message to follow up, and complained it was taking so long. The customer service person then just canceled my order out the blue.

In this situation unfortunately the production of your item has been discontinued. Despite our best efforts we were unable to source you another one, in either size. In this instance a refund was the only option, which we were extremely apologetic about.

2 months later, no delivery and no news

I ordered a Rexite contretempo clock on 2nd December
It is now over 2 months and no news. I've emailed 3 times for updates (all after the 3-5 weeks expected delivery time was over), the first two times I received a response saying I needed to be patient (after 5 and then 7 weeks of waiting) and they were waiting for news from supplier. The third time I emailed 2 weeks ago and no response.

The chat function is now telling me my order is on hold and I have no idea why. Please can you be honest about what's going on? I either want to know a delivery date or get a refund.

Clearly from other reviews this is a consistent problem so be aware before you buy from here!

I have looked into this order and can see email and telephone correspondence regarding this. We can see that the tracking shows your clock arrived with you on 8th Feb.
Delays over Christmas are due to Italy closing down for a considerable period therefore although this delivery was outside the 3-5 week estimation it still arrived with you in a reasonable time.
As your gorgeous clock arrived a few days after this review was left, we feel a 1* is unjustified in this case.

No delivery after 2 months

I was delighted to see that Panik had the watch strap I was looking for.
I placed an order on 13 September.
It is now over 2 months and no news.

I have tried the Shop app and the chat function several times. Both tell me I have placed an order- which I already know!
PLEASE PLEASE be honest

If I’m not going to get my order let me know and give me a refund.
If I get my watch strap, I’ll update and regrade this review

Massive delays no news- scam?

Massive delays, no news, looks like a scam alas
Lights bought September 8 (Order #PD4606) due to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Emailed and no joy, raised an issue November 7, 8, 17, got an email on "supplier issues" and then no response to my last two emails. THIS LOOKS DICEY, asking my solicitor to see what the status is.... Avoid- if i get joy will update the post.

Update: I got an email that PanikDesign thought my review was malicious and would be investigated. Then I saw that Trustpilot allowed it to stand. Then, yet again I see a Trustpilot email saying "Panik Design would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email." when the order number is IN THE TEXT. The effort to wipe out the truth, and Trustpilot's lack of proper reviews and very business friendly and customer unfriendly approach is stunning.
