We recently had a new fire door installed for our flat. We're very pleased with the door - both the product and the installation. The installer took great care to make the edges look good. He was also friendly and courteous.

The only improvement I can think of to suggest would be to speed up the time between initial enquiry and the order being placed.

Installed secondary glazing at an old Victorian property in Redland which is on a busy road. John the salesman and the installers were exceptionally helpful. The work was completed in around 6 weeks and to a high asthetic standard (which was a concern of ours) and the nosie reduction is incredible. The price was around 40% cheaper than the next best quote from a national brand. Highly recommended.

The fitters were very neat and tidy and the workmanship was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and took a great deal of time over ensuring the job was finished to a high standard that we were more than happy with - a quality product, thankyou.

Panoramic Ltd replaced our windows and a door in August 2018. From start to finish, they made the process easy. I find personally most trade people you need to chase to get the job fully completed. This wasn't the case with Panoramic. They popped to measure up when they said they would. They provided a quotation when they said they would. The price was the most competitive quote I had. They booked me in for installation, called prior to confirm the date was still fine, came and completed. I found them to go above and beyond. Only one minor point is they are sometimes difficult to contact. In my case I had to call several times to let them know I wanted to proceed.

We have been looking for the perfect door for our house in a conservation area and AONB for a long time. We wanted something that would be solid and last a long time with minimal maintenance, but would not look too modern, given the village setting.
Panoramic supplied the perfect door. From first contact, to visit from salesman, to faultless installation and follow-up visit, everything was just right.
It took time to manufacture and it wasn't cheap, but you pay for what you get and there were no surprises. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality and good service.

We live in an early Victorian property which has the original sash windows. The property is locally listed so we cannot change the front, not that we would wish to do so! However, the traffic noise was a real problem.
Panoramic windows solved this dramatically by installing secondary glazing which is invisible from the outside and which reduces the noise in a spectacular fashion, especially as we were able to have a large gap between the original glass and the secondary glazing (the size of the gap is a significant factor in the amount of noise reduction). The windows seem very durable and they are easy to clean.
From the initial visit to the installation we found Panoramic windows a pleasure to deal with and are pleased to give them an excellent recommendation.

We recently had panoramic doors fitted in our property. Wow they look amazing. With so much choice in the current market it can be confusing as to what to go for. We decided on Panoramic doors when John came round to our house to demonstrate how these doors work, there was no pressure selling he was open and honest about the product.
Once ordered it roughly took 8 weeks to arrive.
The fitters Sam and Darren , who came to fit the doors are absolutely excellent fitters.
Really friendly and polite guys , always arrived on time and did a fantastic job of fitting the doors.
I would highly recommend this product .

We had a Skyroom installed by Panormic 2 years ago. The framework is good however the building work is very poor. We still have leaks inside and outside and this is two years later. They try to repair but it botch up job each time. Panoramic should keep to what they know best - windows/doors. Their building work is very poor quality for the price they charge.

The exploratory session was helpful and took into account my preferences.
The fitting of the window was done with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. The two fitters were easy to relate to and the work was done quicker that I expected.
I am pleased with the result.

Our Garden Room (Sky Room) is our favourite room. Beautifully designed with floor to ceiling glass panels. The bi-fold doors are versatile and the underfloor heating keeps it cosy in the winter. Panoramic were professional and friendly to deal with and we have already recommended them to friends.

We recently had some windows and an orangery fitted. The whole process from start to finish was so easy. We've always used Panoramic in our previous houses and found them to be so helpful and trustworthy. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

The installation was everything I expected - a careful site survey followed by a very efficient installation by your experienced fitters. Your high specification bi-fold doors are first class and represent value for money given their quality.

The building is now full of light and is transformed for the good.

Great windows, and the whole process of ordering and fitting went very smoothly. The only slight gripe was that the units took several weeks longer to manufacture than Panoramic had indicated.
