Staff were all very friendly and efficient from the moment we walked into the showroom right through to the fitting. We can thoroughly recommend Panoramic Windows - and they are a local company.

From start the finish - replacement of all windows, three doors, one French Doors and a conservatory - was a stress free, well-executed operation with products of superb quality. The fitters worked around us flexibly and extremely tidily. We would strongly recommend Panoramic

I was always going to be a hard customer to please because I had been in the window industry myself. I had a very exact specification that most companies could not achieve. Panoramic listened to my requirements and came back with a full set of drawings, a detailed specification, and a fixed price. All without any pressure. The windows and doors were supplied on time and to a high quality . There was a follow up call to make sure everything was O.K
All in All a very satisfactory experience.

Great Products. After sales service is shocking. Door became misaligned after a month , rust on Stainless steel handles (?) appeared after 3 months and no calls to let me know what is happening. Go elsewhere for the Solidor doors !!

The initial sales consultation didn't offer us the best solution to be honest. We needed sound proofing and the gentlemen, although respectful, didn't offer the solution I had researched myself. I went into the show room, spoke to a second salesman who really knew his stuff and from there in in it was excellent.
Fantastic fitters who were on time, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

I used Panoramic for the first time a couple of years ago to replace three lounge windows and a large patio french window. Before placing the order I had a couple of other quotes; Panoramic were competitive and staff were friendly and competent.
That initial installation went smoothly so I have come back to Panoramic for (I think) three more windows on separate occasions since then, and been happy with them all.

Products were of good quality - excellent help with design and recommendations. Fitters superb - explained everything and made sure we were happy at all stages - nothing too much trouble.

Amazed at the negative reviews on this website as we have had all our windows at the front of our house replaced and since then, french doors at the back of our property and we cannot fault the company.

I was not happy with the customer service. Things started well at the point of sale, but once I put my deposit down it received very little information from Panoramic. I was never really told when the installation would happen and whenever I phoned, no one seemed to know much about my job. It took months to finally finish things.
A good product and I am happy with the final result, but there are lots of other competitive similar products on the market. I would not recommend Panoramic.

We were spending through an extension and we're looking for 4 panel sliding patio doors.

When we first spoke to the sales rep, i explained that we needed the doors within 4 weeks.
The rep said that although target for completion was 8 weeks for all orders, if we went with a stock colour (I.e. White) then we could have it within four weeks.

We explains that we had received a number of quotes from a lot of other companies who were cheaper for identical spec Windows, but could only offer 4-6 weeks lead time.

The rep assured is it would be OK.

We arranged for him to collect a cheque and again he confirmed four weeks... And that a surveyor would visit within the next week...

Surveyor came nearly a week and a half later...

Then after that the office team said it would be four weeks from when the surveyor had visited....

I complained and repeated the fact that we had ONLY gone with Panoramic because the rep guaranteed four weeks...

Much grumbling by office staff resulted in "well, we'll do our best..."

Ultimately, far from impressed with anyone involved in the sales team. The Windows themselves have enormous profiles, the furniture feels flimsy and we had to settle for white. For comparison - Panoramic were about 20-25% dearer than open market comparison.

The only redeeming factor was that the two men that came to fit the doors were utterly polite and left the site spotless.

Considering how much we spent, my wife and I feel extremely let down...

There was no after sales contact to check out satisfaction (apart from this survey), frankly I don't think Panoramic could really careless...

I would look elsewhere...

Sadly Panoramic were not what we expected, thought we would have no problems with an established local company...we had the whole house done except for the front door...they were here two days and after the first day i came home to find windows that did not shut properly. To cut a long story short they fitted a back door which was truly awful and you could get two pieces of folded up paper through the gap as the door did not close tightly enough and the door was dis-coloured...a sort of an off white...in the end i insisted on a new door being fitted, panoramic duly did this but we still had a problem with it...then the bathroom window for some reason would not close, after a phone call they did fix this after waiting almost a week for someone to come out. Of the two fitters that did the work, one was okay and the other was a complete cowboy...he was the one who fitted the back door and i had to make it clear to panoramic that i did not want him back to fit the replacement. All in all i would NOT recommend Panoramic to anyone....Just goes to show that even if you make the safe choice of an established company it is no guarantee that you are going to get a quality installation.

The Storm 2 windows are high quality and an excellent alternative to wood giving a wood grain appearance and straight joints. Panoramic were very helpful and achieved an early delivery to meet our building schedule. We bought them as direct delivery for installation by our builder but this has of course invalidated the window guarantee - this may well be the case with most suppliers. The excessive delivery charge for the windows was kindly reduced and they were delivered promptly. I would recommend Panoramic for quality and helpfulness.

Following the appointment of Panoramic to complete the installation of our front door, back door and windows, in May 2015, we were both very disappointed with regards to the poor and sub standard workmanship as we found several errors with the fittings and the damage to internal decorations to the hallway living room paper. The external render finish was totally unsatisfactory; work was charged by the company and not completed.
Communication with the company at time was totally one sided and took several weeks for them to follow up my complaint.
Eventually the repairs were completed some 2 weeks after Panoramic advised me of the start date. Even now the finish is not totally satisfactory.
We wrote to Panoramic who not only admitted to over charging us for work not carried out, but would not agree to providing any discount for inconvenience they had caused, which we both feel angry and frustrated with. We have both received a great deal of distress and upset regarding this experience.

The actual installation of 2 windows and a door in our kitchen went well being both neat and quick. However, we have had to have 4 visits from the fitter to correct dropped hinges etc on all 2 windows and the door. The fitter was very helpful and said that hopefully these defects will not reoccur as it was a problem of the construction (not done by Panoramic) that caused the problems.
