Thieves - avoid

Sent a parcel on the 18th Dec 2022 (a Christmas present for my niece). According to the PM tracker it is still in the same locker I placed it in (it is now 10 days later). No reply from customer service by email or Twitter message. "Support" chat no longer works, phone number has a voice message. UPS act like they have no involvement and simply say to contact parcel motel (eh, I've tried!!!). No way to get my parcel back now and Christmas is over.

Do not use this service! Thieves.

Cannot withdraw balance. Do not top up on their website!

Topped up by the minimum of €11.20 (random amount) but in the end did not need to use it. No way of withdrawing from your account. Help text says to contact them by email to withdraw. Have contacted them twice asking to refund but no reply, this was months ago. Joke of a company.

Appalling level of customer service

Appalling level of customer service. I get that parcels go missing but the amount is unreal. Either theft in the warehouse or just really unprofessional set up. An Post tracking number, signed for and 2 weeks later nothing. No reply from customer service emails. No one will answer phones. Really poor

Great sevice just need customer service

They provide cheap and great service and i was happy till now i neded call few times to ups customer service. So if you have any lroblems email on their provided email DON'T CALL UPS as they no any clue what parcel motel is. Don't waste your time. If you have a chance drop your parcels to parcel motel finglas what address are provided on the website and you will sort everything out there

It’s Parcel Hell - no longer Parcel Motel!

Parcel Motel have had my parcel in their UPS Mygan Park Depot, in Finglas East, Dublin since November 4th. The parcel has a tracking number and is fully traceable. It should be easy for them to find it and match it to my PMID. I have long ago entered into my Parcel Diary on their website.
The Parcel Diary is meant to make it straightforward to locate and match the parcel with my account.
I tried to phone their Depot in Mygan Park, but it’s permanently on answering machine.
I emailed their customer support several times - but I barely got a reply - just a case number. It seems that they are incapable of providing any assistance whatsoever or putting any effort into resolving something that should be straight-forward.
My next step is to take legal action in order to retrieve my package.
It’s incredible that such an outfit remains in business.

Rip-off

Looking to send a package within Ireland. Delivery cost is €6.50, but they won't let me "top up" my account with any less than €11.20. Heading to the post office instead.

Used to be great now trash company

I absolutely agree and relate to negative feedbacks. I used Parcelmotel all the time when shopping online as was my favourite/most trusted service. I didn't know UPS bought them out bit saw a change for a while now. More than 2 weeks ago I made a purchase online and used their services again. My package was stuck at the same place for almost 2 weeks. Their customer service page doesn't exist anymore. I kept sending Find my package numbers and probably they got annoyed so finally looked for the package. Then I got an email saying do not worry they are taking good care of my package and checked it in again at my charge like they done me a favour. I was a regular customer but will never again use them.

Parcel with them for two weeks at this stage!

My parcel is with them for two weeks now. A week ago, I emailed them after a couple of days but got no reply.
I then sent a parcel finder email and a customer service member came back to me to say that she would look into it and advise. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing since

Disappointing. Late, overcharging, and unapologetic

Really disappointing. I'm waiting over a week for them to deliver my package to my parcel locker. Every day they say it's out for delivery, but it's never delivered. Instead they take it back to the depot and charge me as if it's a new item. I asked for my money back after being triple charged, and was refunded almost the full amount owed.

Customer service is just an email address that doesn't actually answer questions. The phone line is an automated line that tells you to email.

Mistakes happen but there isn't even an apology from these.

I order a parcel from very and forgot…

I order a parcel from very and forgot to change name for my husband as e is the one with account in parcel motel. After I received confirmation of delivery I was wondering why I didn't get anything from parcel motel and that's how I realised I never change name on delivery. I called parcel motel and lady on the phone was nice and helpful with 5 minutes call they managed to find my parcel. Thank you so much.

Lose your packages and won’t reply

Sent a parcel using Parcel Motel, it was marked as delivered to “Resident”. Recipient never received it and now it’s impossible to get a response from them regarding the lost package. Recipient wants a refund but I cannot get an answer from UPS since July 27th.

Was a brilliant and reliable service before UPS took over. Will never use again.

Shocking service

Shocking service. I have used it for years with no issue. However in the last few months I assume since UPS took over I have had multiple issues. I spent most of the time trying to track down my parcels. They get checked in at their depot but I get no notifications when or if they even arrive at the parcel motel. They don't reply to multiple mails. I won't be using them anymore

Pointless service

I dropped in 2 parcels. No tracking after a week. Contacted customer service. Got the auto response and nothing else. Have emailed multiple times. No response. Not the first time I've had this issue with them. After 2 weeks I went to the parcel motel depot and the packages were still there. Pointless

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero.]
Since the UPS takeover, this company is abysmal, and delivery times locker to locker seem to vary lots.]
They charged me twice last week because their site timed out as I paid for my parcel.
Guess what happens when you email 'customer service'...nothing..radio silence. I'm never using this servuce again.
