If I could give zero stars I would! This company is not to be trusted with your items, I sent a tracked parcel a week and a half ago, they lost the box and only communicated with me because I kept corresponding with them, for a company that specialises in delivering items to loose tracked goods is simply not good enough! DO NOT USE!
Wish I hadn't bothered
Wish I hadn't bothered. Had something delivered there in case I was away. Turned out (not their fault, but the only bit that wasn't) that I was still away by the time it expired. 48 hours to process and send back out, they claimed. Even allowing for a bank holiday, more than a week has passed and it's stuck in the system with no processing having taken place. No movement for several days now. Wouldn't even consider using them again.

Got a message to say my parcel was left at a Parcelmotel, went to it and my package wasn't in the box and then arrived at my house the next day. Could give us a warning when being delivered like other companies

Parcel Motel were fine until UPS took over Nightline, UPS are a bloody joke in Ireland. A parcel deposited in a ParcelMotel locker in Dublin took over one week to be delivered to my locker in Cork.
Here is a bit of advice for you, strap your parcel to a sheep and send it down the M8 if you want to receive it in a quicker time than UPS will manage.

Thief's that hide in between the seller and your home.
It's a shame I can't give them negative stars because that is what they should have. Please use this service if you want stuff to be stolen (anything above the 200 euro mark). (Even if you have photo proof of delivery to their depot and the name that accepts the delivery HR will say it's not enough). Theifs that hide in between the seller and your home.
A poor company, with 0 customer care
I've used this service for a very long time, probably the best part of 8 years or so. Spent thousands on it overall.
Since Brexit, no doubt there are a lot less deliveries. However I continued to use the service for posting items/parcels in Ireland. It was convenient, simply drop off at any time.
Imagine my shock the other night, when I went to the depot/locker, and it was gone. No email, no text message to inform customers. The closest motel is now 35 minutes drive, making the service no viable for my use. I did contact them, they were not even slightly concerned, didn't see any problems with not letting customers know. I wasted over an hour of my time driving to the next motel to post an item.
The company no longer has a motel box in one of the largest towns in Ireland, and it doesn't even have a depot there. A stunning failure of logistics and customer care.
In another incident, I ended up driving down to Cork to pick up a parcel, sat at the depot for the entire week. Due to a "temp driver", who failed to deliver the parcel. Imagine running a courier service, where a customer has to drive nearly 2 hours to a depot, to collect a parcel, to deliver it themselves. That ultimately speaks volumes about the company. The UPS takeover, it sped up some delivery times a bit. Yet someone lacked the intelligence to provide a service to the largest town in Ireland. Staggering lack of competence.
Update: Motel service has now ceased due to low volumes, so we're stuck with the post office.

If i could give it no star I would. On the website it says you have 48 hours to collect your parcel. I always collected mine the first day and there was never a problem until the last time when I waited until a day later to collect as I also had another parcel to collect. When I opened the locker it was empty.. Obviously the driver decided to steal my parcel just because I didn't collect it on the first day , Pathetic!. Never had a problem until Ups took over , Horrible service, they don't deserve customers. Avoid.
Parcelmotel UPS Disastrous service
Trust me when I say this service supplied by parcelmotel and UPS is a disaster. You receive a pass code by text and has not worked for me on the 2 occasions I used them may 22.. contracting customer service is like a round the world trip from India to Ireland customer care and even then when you talk to a real person they don't care.. customer service even stated they have an account and will not use it as so many issues arise and they themselves do not trust.. so before you decide to use Parcelmotel please take my review seriously.

If we don't take action against them, then they will still charge you to lose your parcel and not offering any compensation to you.

Terrible shockingly bad
Terrible service still have not got my parcel which arrived in the country on the 13th Dec, been emailing and phoning parcelmotel only to get no reply (got answering machine) but today the 29th Dec they emailed and told me they have sent my parcel back.
I dont understand why they so rude and so unorganised.

This company are thieves
This company are thieves. They held my parcel, they asked me to arrange to pick up as they could not guarantee delivery and when the delivery guy went to pick up in 2 occasions they never give the parcel and with the pandemic, I could not travel so they took advantage of the situation and never gave my parcel back.

Even one star is to much. Missing parcel, driver's mistake, wrong sticker... This is usual. Every time something. Highly recommend to avoid this service. Customer service even worse.

Using service for number of years and all was excellent. However two packages gone missing in past 6 months so had to stop using parcelmotel as not dependable any more.

Gotten about 5/6 packages through them in the last 2months but for this last one I know thats its been delivered and have received confirmation that they have it but its been nearly a week ans still havent got it
