Item was confirmed delivered to the hub in Antrim, heard absolutely nothing since, that was over two weeks ago. Didn't even get the email with the picture of my package. Company clearly don't give a damn anymore now that Brexit will effectively bankrupt them.
Would not surprise me if they were stealing packages. Soon enough they'll liquidate and disappear. Christmas package never arrived.
Waiting over 6 weeks for home delivery
My parcel arrived at the Parcel Motel depot on the 16th of November. It was classed as an oversized package so I paid €8 for home delivery. It is now the 29th of December and I have still not received my package. I have sent several e-mails and got no response. I rang last week and a woman told me she would look into and call me back. Needless to say, I did not receive a call back. She also discussed my account and details without passing any form of data protection. I've tried ringing today, but I'm being told all their agents are busy. Strongly advise anybody to stay away from Parcel Motel.

Short notice suspension aswell as holding my items. I have had items in their depot since November, checked in with pictures taken by them and sent to me, but they never materialised at my collection point. I have reported them to the gardai and the ombudsman. Items worth thousands of euros combined stolen by nightline and parcel motel.

Too short notice suspending UK virtual account
Informed of suspension of UK virtual account whilst some parcels were still in transit. likely to lose goods now. Not happy. Will not use this company again
No warning of suspension of virtual address
I am giving three stars because I have used Parcel Motel many times and most of the time it went well. A few times parcels went astray but were usually found and when something disappeared completely they did refund me.
However I'm frustrated with them today as I received an email this morning that they will not be taking delivery to the virtual UK address as of tomorrow.
The email states that I was originally notified of this on the 18th of December but I wasn't. I checked my spam folder and deleted messages just in case. I have three things being shipped to that address now which I would not have ordered had I known and not sure what to do about them. I knew there would probably be changes due to Brexit but was waiting to hear anything and thought it would be ok until the end of the year.
Can this be legal?
I’ve used this company’s virtual UK address for years. Service has seriously deteriorated since the company’s sale. In late November extremely shortly notice given of price increases and size restrictions. Likewise suspension of virtual UK address with little notice. Both changes left parcels in limbo. It’s very unsatisfactory. Is it legal?

Late Delivery
I tracked my parcel which was delivered to Parcel Motel on 5th December, then nothing, Zilch. Delayed deliveries are acceptable in current times but losing parcels is totally unacceptable. Their contacts are unresponsive to date. If parcel Motel Ireland are inundated and cannot cope with their orders they should man-up and issue a statement saying so.
*UPDATE * I have now received my package. It turned out that the sender did not include the code number. When I finally got through to Parcel Motel they located it straight away and sent it on. I am now giving 4 Stars as it was not their fault, they do need to work on their customer contacts.
Lost my delivery. Will never use again.
My parcel was checked into their Dublin depot on Dec 4th. It was never delivered to my pick up point. Still showing as in Transit on my account. Logged support request online, no response. Logged a support request over the phone, no response. Went to their depot and gave my details and confirmation of purchase etc etc, was promised a response - guess what not an iota of a response. They should be known as the company that ruined Xmas for many given the reviews here. Just don’t use them. Brexit likely going to give them a well deserved kicking.

Can't get any answer from these guys about my parcel, it's been in their depot for the last three weeks, zero information of what's happening, hopefully it will turn up, I don't recommend anyone to use this service for this reason

Like everyone else, this company has gone to the dogs since it was sold. Have been charged for parcels that have gone missing. No replies to multiple CS tickets, no way to contact them. They are "closing temporarily" on Dec 28, with minimal notice, I can only imagine that it will be carnage.
Disgrace of a Company
I’ve been waiting for a parcel that I needed before Christmas and it’s in the depot the past week I sent 2 emails with no reply and today I rang and was left on hold for 25 minutes before I was hung up on so I rang back was left for 35 minutes on hold got through to someone and she asked me for my PM number I said I would get it for her now and she hung up on me the customer service is absolutely awful I will be going to the depot tomorrow and I’m not leaving without my parcel after hearing the horror stories of stuff going missing or robbed my parcel has cost me €320 so tomorrow I will not be leaving the depot without my Parcel or €320 worst company I’ve ever had to deal with first and last thing I ever order through these absolute joke of a place

I went to collect a packet and discovered that there was no parcel at al in the unitl!!! Phone number isn't responding. Waiting for customer support to deal with the issue. Stay away

No customer service
Much like everyone else this past month I have had awful time with them. Went from a good company throughout the year to the worst company. Sending me to collect my parcel but it is in collection point. Another parcel just sitting in the depot for a few weeks. Another parcel just issues with the pin and sending to wrong collection point. No customer service. All emails ignored. Christmas is busy but it's like they didnt think they would need extra staff. So glad this company is getting done over by Brexit and been shut down.
Trash company
Pretty much trash. My parcel was checked into the Dublin depot on Monday and has not moved from there. Multiple phone calls of lies promising it will be delivered that day I can't give a s**te anymore. It's probably been stolen like everyone else's items. Never using this monkey company again.

Forget the Bermuda Triangle. There's now the Finglas Rectangle aka Parcel Motel's Dublin Depot where everybody's Christmas shopping has completely vanished without trace.

So today after multiple ignored emails and phone calls I went to the depot at the suggestion of the gardai. I talked to a very helpful lady called Hanna who does not work in customer service but was able to refund all duplicate charges and find rhe ever elusive parcel. Still one more parcel with then that arrived to say and then I'll probably stop using this service. Where Hanna was excellent the rest treated customers like scum
