They really know how to ruin Christmas

Have used extensively down through the years but I am going to cancel my account with this sham of a company. Failed to reimburse me for lost parcels, have lost so many parcels in the past month.....I have even lost track....all Christmas presents!!to make matters worse they sent my parcels to the Mater Hospital parcel motel in Dublin.....I live in Kerry!!!!to add to this I had to ask a relative living in Dublin to go out of their way to collect for me......when they arrived at the Mater, the machine was broken!They are rotten to the core!!!

this company is a scam

this company is a scam. everytime i have to use their service for work, there's either a complication with delivery or they lose my parcel. to resolve these issues, for a normal company, you just email. But don't hold your breath waiting for support team to respond to any emails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. its been 3 months and tens of emails sent, nothing will get their attention because they like to ignore their customers.

There is no customer service!!!

There is no customer service!!!!

Called multiple times and emailed and received no response. My package cost over 400 Euro and they haven't been in contact with me.

Terrible service.

Waste of money

They've held my package ransom for over a month now, under the pretense that my account balance is too low, but they've already charged for it! Not the first time I've had a duplicate charge either. No replies to emails, no answers on the phone. Never use this "service".

Zero customer service.

Screen has been broken at Mater Public Hospital for several days, whilemy parcel was inside meaning I cannot collect it. They have recollected the parcel in the meantime and are recharging me for it. Screen still broken, have not received any word from service team despite contacting multiple times, and I have other packages on the way. Absolutely disgraceful, will never be using again.

Fursuspected theftther to my previous review I have…

Further to my previous review I have still not received parcel despite promises of delivery. As they have my parcel and are refusing to release despite repeated requests by phone and email I am now considering it as stolen and have made complaint to an Garda siochana via my solicitor under the theft and fraud offences act.

Ignorant & despicable customer service!!

I have previously used PM and had no problems but never again...I have been trying to locate my parcel since October 14th. I opened a request (694728) and have opened numerous other inquiries since then to absolutely no avail. For a while I was in contact with Kyra, but have been studiously ignored by the customer service team. .My parcel was delivered on October 6th, and was signed for by David Baxter.
I am astounded by the ignorance and lack of any sort of customer service of Parcel Motel.

It's been over 2 weeks I've been trying…

It's been over 2 weeks I've been trying to contact them on email. Appreciate it's a very very busy time of the year but the stress in trying to find ANYONE to talk to is not worth. Avoid avoid avoid.

Must add that previously I used the company and had no problems. Would never use again

Parcel motel should be ashamed of…

Parcel motel should be ashamed of themselves. Greed has taken over. A service that was great to have is now a joke where charges are concerned. I am ordering a lot of stuff for christmas, and they are charging me for each and every tiny item. I am going to pick up 5 items and each one is in a different box on the same day. They are even seperating when I order 2 of something, like window stickers!!! Tiny envelope x 2 and I'm chaged 9 euro as they seperate them. Disgusting. Ive topped up my account 3 times in 10 days. Thats 75 euro of charges.good luck and good riddence to you greedy lot. No doubt you will all have a wealthy Christmas.

Just Awful

I don't know what has happened with Parcel Motel in the last few years. They were great at first and now, if going by their customer service, then I would give this rating less than 1. You'd have an easier time making contact with aliens than reaching their customer service team. I tried approx 6 times today. Held for a least 10 mins each time. On 2 occasions, I heard someone pick up, then they hung up on me. Just shocking. I got a text to say that my parcel is available in Dublin to collect and I have 2 days. I never ordered a parcel to Dublin. I live in Galway. Plus Ive been charged extra as its apparently oversized but the package I'm expecting is small. Have sent a mail to them but said I might not hear from them for at least 3 days. No option to redirect my parcel online. Just awful service. Am going to cancel and go with An Post from now on.

Shocking Customer Service

Shocking Customer Service. Item tracked as being received by Parcel Motel on 03/12/2020 yet I have received no communication. And they will NOT respond to any of my contacts, even when I registered a complaint they have not responded. Appauling.

I can’t believe I’m even giving them…

I can’t believe I’m even giving them one star they are useless. Package arrived at their Newtown abbey address last week still have not heard one word from them. Despite countless emails and trying to get through on the phone. Never using them again

Don't use!!

Tried to return a package in November via parcel motel. Company I was returning it too still has not recieved the package. Worth €100. Unable to get through to customer service no matter how many times I ring or email. Have been using for years but won't be using again.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I've used Parcel Motel for years very frequently and never once had a problem. Even now near Christmas, when all delivery services are under great pressure, they seem to operate well.

1st time user

Thoroughly impressed with the service parcel motel offered me. As title states, it was my first time using them and I was a little apprehensive given some people’s reviews and experiences but decided to go with them as opposed to competitors and very glad I did so. Item arrived in parcel motel address on Friday before midday and was then delivered to my parcel motel locker just over 24 hours after. No hassle at all. Thanks parcel motel!

Company that has seriously gone down hill!

I used to use Parcel Motel all the time to get deliveries from Amazon a little quicker. It used to be excellent as in package would be delivered to Newry in the afternoon and then down south by that night. Now it's taking 3-4 days to get from Newry to Meath! Crazy stuff. I've switched to Amazon Prime which gives free delivery. It usually adds 3 days or so to the delivery time but this is still quicker than PM. I'll be closing my PM account as soon as they have found or made good on the latest parcel they've lost on me.

Biggest pile of crap of a company

Biggest pile of crap of a company! Should be shut down for good! Period! Don’t bother wasting your time in the off chance your package arrives! Losing packages, damaging, ignoring calls, ignoring emails, taking weeks to bring the package for depot to the motel. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Not worth the headache

I'm not sure what's going on with Parcel Motel lately... just cancelled account - customer service is laughable. Rang Friday with a query, promised a call back same day, no call back, I rang back 4 days later (after 40 mins on hold) to be told they can't help me. The first person I spoke to Friday could of told me this! I thought customer service such as this was a thing of the past. Clearly not!

Absolutely disgraceful DO NOT USE!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. I live in meath . I requested a home delivery. They delivered to Louth. The lady who received it very kindly phoned me. The only reason i know where my parcel is.Terrible customer service on the phone. 40 minutes waiting to get a person.Do not use this company. They hang up the phone on you too. She refused to get the manager. They are completely incompetent.
