Lost parcel, never reimbursed, they just don't care!!! Sent lots of emails and always asking lots of informations, open claims and noting solved! Very disappointed, because I am very loyal cliente and always used it.
Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. No sign of parcel having been delivered after two weeks. No online tracking updates. Sent two emails with no response. Called at least 5 times, was on hold for 30 mins + every time. Evident lack of communication between staff members as no clear answers or plan to find the missing parcel have been given to date. After reading other reviews not very hopeful parcel will be found or compensated for. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Forget this company they lost one…
Forget this company they lost one parcel a few months back that I never got paid for and now it’s the same all over again. In both cases the parcel arrived at there main depot in Dublin and I received my email but that was it and it was never delivered to my local motel.
I am now finished with this company as all trust is lost.

Awful service!!!!! On two occasions now I have received notification from the retailer that my parcel was delivered and received no notification or delivery from Parcel Motel. They have my package for over 3 weeks now. I have emailed numerous times - no response and on hold for over 30 mins every time I call !!!!

Good Service
I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for this service. I've used it for several years now without many problems. A few deliveries were delayed but one or two messages to the Helpdesk got things back on track. I've never had a lost or damaged parcel. Others haven't been so fortunate it seems.

Sent a parcel three weeks ago!
It didn’t deliver so a week later I called the company, after waiting 30 mins on hold, I was “assured” it would be delivered that night, nothing happened, called again THREE MORE TIMES over the next few days and Each time I was on hold for over 30 mins and when finally answered each customer service team told me it would be fixed and somebody would contact me, surprise surprise I never got a call back and nobody contacted me, and obviously the package still wasn’t delivered!
I’ve sent 7 emails (yes, 7!!) and do you think any of them have given me a reply? You guessed it, (ding ding ding, what do we got for her Johnny?) nope, not one single F’n reply!
This company’s customer service isn’t bad, it is atrocious!! seven emails and almost two hours of waiting on hold to chat to a bunch of inexperienced unprofessional clowns that can’t get a package from A to B let alone tell me where it is (I wouldn’t mind but the bloody thing was only going from town to Rush, god help anyone sending stuff abroad or to the rest of the country)
I have never experienced such poor levels of service and will never use this company again!
In short, I’m now missing the original package I had, haven’t received a refund for the fee I paid to parcel motel to send it and have a very annoyed customer who didn’t receive their goods!

Lost one of my parcels and didn't answer. I thought it was a one-time thing, then they sent me a wrong PIN number to retrieve a parcel and they charged me again to reprocess it even though it was 100% their fault, and they admitted it.

Lost my parcel worth €94. Been making phone calls and emails to them for over a week, no response per email apart from a new generated "ticket number" every time I send an email. Calling them on the phone then means waiting 20-30 mins before speaking to someone who tells you they have to email the "operations team".

How do you lose an XL parcel??
Up until recently I have been a satisfied customer of Nightline/Parcel Motel. I made a purchase from an appliances manufacturer in UK and had two XL parcels shipped to Parcel Motel in Newtownabbey and purchased extended liability with PM to cover high value items. Manufacturer delivered both items together and provided me photo evidence of delivery which took place on 4th Nov. I received no update on my delivery and contacted Parcel Motel via find my parcel facility on their website. I provided all supporting evidence from manufacturer but PM only managed to locate part of my order. I'm now being ignored when I attempt to follow up on the whereabouts of the other item and when I asked about claiming on the extended liability I purchased, I was told by someone named Kylie that it is the sellers responsibility to refund me? Seriously, what?? I've tried to get through via helpline multiple times with no answer. There appears to be zero accountability with this sham of a delivery company and I will be taking my custom elsewhere once this issue is resolved, if ever. Customer service has gone down the drain and could never trust this company to handle my deliveries again.

I have been with parcel motel since the very beginning and I’ve always found them to be excellent.. the only issue I have is when the seller doesn’t add my pm number to the parcel and it is held in the parcel motel depot in Dublin which it’s not parcel motels fault.. and regarding the phones .. I’m not surprised they aren’t answering now with the back log... I usually just take a trip up or ask my brother who works in Dublin to collect the parcel from the main office where the parcel would be held.. and the issue with the pin the other day. I was able to collect the parcel the other day with out any hassle but I did receive a message regarding the issue so I just think people are very impatient being honest.. il always rate them 5stars I always have a great service with them..as we speak I have a parcel which is stuck up there without a pm code ...and if it’s there awhile il receive a email asking if I am missing a parcel etc
The service is always really good... just the year we are having I think everyone should be a little bit nicer and not leave dirty reviews
Disappointment
If there was an option to choose not even one star, I would. It works against own customers. If something goes wrong, and it does go wrong lately more often then before, the customer finds himself going back in time 20-30 years ago. No phone answered, no direct messages and no email. Will be closing the account with such a company, as soon as I get my last problem fixed. There are other companies there that are cheaper and offer a better service, or a better communication with the customers. Last year lost 1 parcel with same Parcel Motel and it took me 6 months to get a refund. I should have closed the account then. That is my only regret. Emails send to head office that got no answers also. Small claims court is the only way to deal with Parcel Motel. I have been using them since the beginning and it was a great option to have for deliveries from UK over the years. Parcel Motel, lost the sight of his paying customers somewhere. This is not a good direction where any company should go.
PIN Issue
PIN Issue. 2 days ago I received my collection PIN by email for collection at the Millfield Shopping Centre in Balbriggan. PIN wouldn't work and after I tried 3 times initially, I went onto the website and found the article (that STILL hasn't been updated!) about people experiencing a PIN issue and unable to use their PIN to collect. However, I tried about 3 more times after that in case their tech team had sorted but still no joy. I then sat in my car on hold for over 10 mins trying to get through to them, no joy. I sent an email to support also. 2 days later, various attempts to contact them, another email to support sent, STILL no response to my initial email or 2nd email AND I've received no new PIN. I've attempted to call them so many times now and I honestly do'nt think anyone is even answering the phones. You don't even have a message advising people where they are in the queue, such a bad service. All i've received is the email advising me that if I don't collect my parcel it will be sent back to the depot and take 2-3 days for re delivery. I mean, seriously? Is this really how you treat your customers? I mean, at least update people as to where you're at with the PIN issue. I know I'm going to get charged for the redelivery and I will be straight onto customer service and I'll be sending another email.
I'm definitely looking at the An Post delivery service and cancelling my Parcel Motel account after this. Been reading awful things about theft as well and no one in Parcel Motel seems to give a cra*. Good job guys!

Parcel Motel lost a parcel which was in the hub and it took them a week to find it. I was charged €45 to deliver 3 parcels which they said were oversized. I still have not received my items. It's infuriating. I'm disgusted. I tried calling and was waiting a very long time so I hung up. I have been with them for years but no more. They have upped their prices in the busiest time of year knowing right well people are panicking over Xmas and buying on line for their children and gifts. I no longer get my items the next day. I will be taking my business over to On Post who have not raised their prices in this time of crisis.

Parcelmotel sent me an incorrect code for my parcel collection. My wife spent 20 mins trying to access the parcel to no avail. A second code was sent to me 5 hours later, I had to take a half hour detour through Mullingar to collect parcel. They text me an apology!!
Prices going up, reliability going down. I've signed up to An post UK who deliver to my door. Parcelmotel have over 80% bad reviews - they just don't care. THEY'LL IMPROVE IF THEY LOSE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS!!
