Unfair PCN Received at Energie Fitness Ashford
I received a PCN after parking at my regular gym, Energie Fitness in Ashford, despite having used this car park without issue for years.
A new system requiring members to enter their vehicle registration was recently introduced by P&P Management, but there was no clear communication about this change. There was no leniency on their part, no understanding or logical reasoning.
It feels like a deliberate trap designed to catch people out. They are scammers with no morals.
They are a greedy bunch of unreasonable people
They are a greedy, unreasonable, exploitative, fraudulent company. My brother took an overdose following their issue of unreasonable £600 unjust fine. He has an existing parking permit and the windscreen of his car was smashed, which made it difficult to retrieve his parking permit. His car was taken for repairs and given a courtesy car. The courtesy car was issued fines following notes placed on the car that he was processing another permit. He appealed the fines and this greedy company declined despite producing evidences of his existing permit and smashed windscreen. My brother could not bear it after speaking to them and they still were not reasonable. He is currently in ICU following several medication overdose he took. A lady called Louise was the unreasonable supervisor that was spoken to. I will be suing them in event anything happens to my brother. They are bunch of money grabbing idiots and not bothered how that affects people's mental state.
Parking Notices
I live a building of 15 flats and we don't have on street (paid/ permit) or private parking. We have been using our estate roadway for parking when all of sudden we received a bombardment of parking fines for being parked on a private land. This is not understandable that we are living in a newly build estate that is not offering any parking even a loading bay and at the same time we can't park on the estate roadways.
Anyway my 19 years college student son got 7 fine notices within a couple of weeks and appeals were rejected with a threat to pay or get ready for the court. He was so upset on this and started losing interest in his studies and meals. Being a father this was unacceptable for me and I paid £420 by using my credit & debit card.
BUT I valid question:
This company did not stick any PCN to our car and silently kept on taking pictures and generating money for themselves, The pictures are an absolute evidence that someone was in our street and took pictures of all the cars on different times. When they thought that it is enough money now, they printed and posted.
Had they shown a basic level of honesty, customer service and professionalism, they could have attached PCN to the cars on first instance and the matter could have solved. But they opted to grab more money and kept on doing this dodgy work.
Now instead of getting £60 for one PCN they have spread it £420 for seven PCN. This is next to a robbery in these hard times.
I urge all the residents of Tintern House to leave proper comments, contact media and protest against this robbery. Rest assured, I will keep on writing everywhere until I can unveil their true colours of these dodgy guys.
Disgusting service
Disgusting service, fining you to park at your own car park space, utterly embarrassing putting citizens in a vulnerable position in this economic climate.
Parking & property management are…
Parking & property management are absolutely disgusting. On numerous occasions, I have had other vehicles using and abusing my permitted spot. On every occasion I have reached out to the company using the email and phone number sign posted all over the area and each time (even after confirming to me that they are there to help), they failed to respond, resulting in me having to confront the drivers of the vehicles alone, one of which was very aggressive towards me, refusing to move to begin with. I have been back and forth via emails with two ladies called Louize and Anita, who are disgustingly inhumane with their responses and could NOT have cared less about the stressful situations I had been finding myself in. I was called a liar, claiming my emails were not ignored (they are) and that the company do whatever they can to help, if that’s the case; then their definition of ‘help’ is to do absolutely **** all. To make matters worse, I have been given a fine of £100 for parking in my own permitted spot, due to my permit sliding from the dashboard and therefore not being visible. I appealed my fine, explaining I was the owner and it was in fact, MY OWN spot, as well as providing a photo of my permit as evidence. I also included information regarding how frustrating I had found this company thus far, and that I never receive any help when other non-permitted drivers are using my spot. My appeal came back as denied. They have actually denied my appeal and are demanding I owe them money for parking in my own ******* spot. I can barely afford bills as it is, so now am unable to do my food shop for the next two weeks, so thanks to them, I will now starve. They are unable to provide help and give out any fines to drivers parking in my spot or even provide me with a response, but they are happy to give the owner of the spot a fine. I now have tremendous amounts of anxiety driving home everyday, wondering if another vehicle is going to be parked in my spot, knowing that this company will do **** all to help me. They are a money making scam and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I would be highly embarrassed if I had to work for a company as diabolical as Parking & property management ltd.

I paid for parking via JustPark for a day trip to London.
These idiots turned down my appeal even though you can see I made a payment for the space and had all the info.
Was told I should look for signs!
Why would I when i paid and it was dark and it looked like a standard housing estate.
My mother had three parking tickets on… Scums and thief most useless appeals team ever seen stealing money from everyone…
My mother had three parking tickets on her own allocated bay which she normally parks… the reason she was involved in the car accident… she courtesy car for three days and all three days during she was in hospital… horrible & inconsiderable & vile Karen from appeals team made a decision not to listen or read from the son what he was trying to say or explain coz his mother was in hospital… she is unhappy Christmas Karen…
Hope they need to improve and listen to people and not just grab & steal the money thinking it’s legal.. this is not the way to treat people like criminals… I will still compliant to the council and revoke there license agent…
This ppl are thief’s… horrible customer service and very horrible appeals team…
Unfair Parking Charges and Poor Notification Practices
We’ve had two highly frustrating experiences with Parking and Property Management Ltd. regarding Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) that highlight the company’s lack of effective communication and fairness.
Incident 1:
We received 9 PCNs for parking in our own designated parking space in the private basement of our rented apartment. This parking spot has been assigned to us for over a year. Unfortunately, due to a misplaced parking permit during an MOT service, notices were issued for the same location over several days.
The first notice, dated March 20, 2024, was for an issue recorded on March 11, 2024, which we paid immediately and corrected by placing the parking permit back in the vehicle. Despite this, we continued to receive additional PCNs for the same issue, all of them were dated before my payment but delivered much later. This delayed notification caused significant stress and financial strain.
Incident 2:
Recently, we were contacted by BW Legal regarding three PCNs, totaling £460, for parking in our previous residence’s designated parking space. Despite notifying the managing agents (Frost Properties) of our move two months in advance and updating our address with the DVLA and other authorities, no prior communication was sent to my new address.
The first notice we received from BW Legal was issued on November 28, 2024, months after the alleged violations. This delay caused the charges to escalate unnecessarily. Had we been informed earlier, we could have resolved the matter promptly.
Concerns:
Delayed Notifications: The company’s failure to inform us promptly has resulted in avoidable escalations and stress.
Unfair Charges: Penalizing residents for minor oversights, especially when the vehicle is parked in its designated spot, is unreasonable.
Lack of Effective Communication: A simple notice on the vehicle or an SMS could have resolved these issues without unnecessary delays and costs.
Final Thoughts:
Parking and Property Management Ltd. needs to review their notification practices and adopt a fairer approach. These repeated incidents of poor communication and excessive charges have caused unnecessary financial and emotional hardship.
We urge them to consider the financial challenges people are already facing and handle such situations with more fairness and transparency.
Useless parking management just to make…
Useless parking management just to make money for them. Anyone can still parking in our bays, unless they catch them and send a fine. If a customer parks in own bay if they are informed charges must be reverted provided they are permit holder when it was noticed. Even license has 1 week to display. Issue is its charging for missing display, which is not a crime. Crime is when u parked in someone else parking. How can legal system support such extortioners. Don't understand how they are allowed to charge customer in their own Parking Bays ( when Parking permit not displayed , may be behind something or just fallen down in car). Better give sticker so its not loose, or when noticed alert immediate with a PCN note slip. Seems they still depend on Postal system which take 2-3weeks to deliver the lettter of fine. Why not use SMS or email
Does not reply to emails
Does not reply to emails. They ticket residents parking in their own parking spots even though they can prove that its THEIR parking spot with their own vehicle parked there. No leniency on ticket cancellations.
We also having electric charging ports for residents only but they are located in visitor bays. Tried to contact many times if residents can use these charging ports using their own parking permits instead of having to pay for a scratch card permit each time they want to charge their cars. They have not replied back for months and many attempts of asking.
Disgusting company
Disgusting company, they simply charged me for passing through even tho i never parked. Moneygrab
SHOCKING SERVICE!!
SHOCKING SERVICE!!
Just received a PCN and wanted to pay online. Website doesn't work. Payment system rejected payment from valid credit card 3 times!! Now sending a cheque...
I don't know how can this be legal in the UK...
They are living from creating traps for motorist in residential areas, claiming only permit holders are allowed TO ENTER the site. Then they just set up their ANPR cameras to the entry and exit points and start collecting money. Easy way to get money for do absolutely nothing. Small investment, You only need 2 good quality cameras and a lack of spine to be able to rip off anybody. Brilliant business modell.
How on earth should anyone be able to visit a resident, deliver a parcel pick up / drop off a passenger on their site, without getting a ticket?
They don't give a f@ck as long as a the camera is there and the money flows... In matter fact that's the whole point if the normal hard working people would be able to take care of their business without getting ripped off in their sites; then these low lifes would have no profit...
Then they pretend everything is legal, they straight away refuse any kind of evidence, common sence or fairness. JUST PAY, PAY & PAY some more.
If you were unlucky enough to ended up in one of their site for ANY reason as a non-resident they are already drooling for Your money!! 🤑
Utterly disgusting.
On top of that they are the most cynical people on planet Earth when You need to communicate with them...
🚽💩🧻
Absolute scumbags!
What a bunch of unscrupulous sharks. Claimed that I parked in a private parking bay even though there was no signage up in which case I appealed the notice and never even got a response. Lo and behold a week later they put signage up! Had to end up paying £160 to these cretins, hope you get what’s coming to you because you are scamming people out of money!
Received a parking notice for £100 in…
Received a parking notice for £100 in July with N issue date of April I immediately sent an appeal in and did not receive any feedback it said that they would contact me in 28 days, However they did not. Ive spoken to someone from the flats where I parked originally who said I should have received a £60 notice of which I didn’t.
It’s been terrible
I’m in if anyone want to sue them
I’m in if anyone want to sue them, they’re big time scammers, I checked their payment website and I was warned as a potential scam, the company is based in Arizona and didn’t renew their online payment certificate since 2019 therefore paying them carry the risk of compromising your banking details to scammers, has the law changed??? What they sending you is an invoice not a PCN only the local government and the police can issue one my two cents don’t pay criminals and I’m more than happy to go to court
Money grabbing company
Money grabbing company. We all have permits at work yet they love to fine us and when sent the pictures are permits are CLEARLY in the pictures. Make that make sense….
All the reviews are legit
All the reviews are legit! They’re thieves and will go bust soon. I’m going to be telling my whole estate to opt out of “managing” our parking space. The whole reason people hire you is to ensure OTHER people don’t park on our spots. You’re charging us for our own spots if we haven’t displayed the sign, which was displayed but they’ll genuinely just deny everything. This isn’t managing, this is day light robbery and it’ll come back to bite you one day. Guys you can opt out of them managing you space, OPT OUT! Appeal got rejected, so they’re just in this to take money!
Robbers
Literally disgusting experience when we moved in, spaces been assigned to us but stickers were delayed and we received a few fines which we couldn’t challenge by providing evidence of ownership because was not accepted by this company.
I was in a space for less than 10…
I was in a space for less than 10 minutes as running in property to pick up a friend child.
What happens if you don't pay can they take it further?
