Unscrupulous money-grabbers fined me…

Unscrupulous money-grabbers fined me while I took my 6 year old to the GP, even though I paid at the GP practice.
They rejected my appeal on the grounds that 'although they empathise with my situation, they cannot allow parking in ANY situation as the issue will likely happen more often' ie they do not care at all about anything except maximising profit.
Companies like this should be made illegal.

I got a fine while visiting my friend…

I got a fine while visiting my friend who recently recovered from a transplant. I parked in HER parking space, it's true we forgot to display the permit, but we explained this to the guy who was writing the fine and he promised he would not fine me.
I was not occupying anyone else parking slot and despite this, they fined me. Very bad people.

legal theft .

Legal theft without any professional ethics and certainly not working for the good of the tenants,
not knowing about the need to place the permit on the windshield, within two weeks I received 7 fines for 700 punds .
when I parked in the parking space designated for my flat, but the appeal did not help. No fine was stuck to the windshield, I received the first letter with a fine only after two weeks. if they act in the interest of the tenants and found that the car was parked illegally without a permit, they did not stick the first ticket on the window so that the car owner could remove it.
disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

I wish there was an option to leave no stars

just purchased a flat and with it came a parking space in the underground garage. was living abroard at the time of purchase. information pack supplied by first port managing agent didnt say anything about a permit system in operation. on the day we moved in we arrived at the airport collected our hire car and went to the property. Removal van was waiting outside so we parked the car in our space and supervised the removal people and later that day we found out about the permit system in place. We contacted the security guards who told us to contact First Port to get a permit. to cut a long story short they took so long to get back to us we got 3 £100 tickets the parking company weren't interested in any mitigating circumstances and so it was a lovely welcome to our new home. Great job First Port and Parking and Property Management, What goes around comes around i hope

I have had the same issue as most…

I have had the same issue as most people complaining on here regarding being ticketed wrong, have been given parking tickets for parking in my own underground parking where I live with a permit that they provided me. They want to take me to small claims court as I refuse to pay, has anyone had prior experience fighting this terrible company?

Shocking

Shocking, My son moved into a property and as we were moving his furniture in the house the parking warden put a ticket on our car. Please note the carpark is completely empty and i would have expected that as a resident who is moving in furniture that they would have some common sense guess what they haven't. Then we got another fine as the flat flooded and we had to wait for the engineer to come and guess what as soon as they came and we went into the flat bang 1 got a parking ticket and so did the plumber. Disgrace of a company and the landlord is no help. This company should lose their license for the way they treat tenants who move or have problems with the property.

Disgrace of a company

Disgrace of a company, zero compassion. Even after I asked the parking attendant if she had ticketed me (as I was inside helping AN ACTUAL RESIDENT with her 2 yr old) she said don’t worry, you have 15 mins to get the permit onto your vehicle. Little did I know she had already ticketed me. Went through the appeal process which again, they have no interest in your actual reasoning. 7 minutes I was given to read the sign, get inside, get the permit and get back downstairs to my vehicle. No where does it mention how long you have to get the ticket apart from “reasonable time” which is subjective. You have 10 minutes after your permit is up though so any reasonable person would think it could be the same both sides. Absolute sham of a company, there to help residents keep people out of parking bays but won’t show any compassion when a residents friend has an issue.

EVERYONE You can opt out from this awful service

For anyone who's unfortunately had to deal or try and deal with this ridiculous company you can opt out we've had multiple issues with parking and they hardly ever come out and I heard from their office that opting out is a thing a few residents here have done that and would definitely recommend sending them an email or call saying your requesting to opt out.

Nurse on call.

I received a parking ticket, I did not realise that it was private parking. There were no yellow lines. I am a community nurse and was visiting a patient. They rejected my appeal and sent an email, no letter was sent via post as I had expected. I did not receive the email as it went to junk. I now have to pay £100. Shame on this company.

Only giving 1 star as I cant give none

Only giving 1 star as I cant give none. I received a parking ticket for parking in my daughters designated parking ticket. She was in labour and her partner was working away. He had the permit in his car. I went up to her third floor flat to help her down, she was in pain and had hospital bags to carry. A week later I received a parking ticket, which I appealed. Their response was disgusting. Sincerely hope their families dont need urgent help and there is nowhere for you to park. I parked in their own space, not in a random space, and had a valid reason for not being able to display the permit. Disgusting company with no compassion.

Scam, avoid the new legal way of ripping off

They are residents worse enemies if you are going to them to keep the hassle of your bay being occupied away you are totally wrong! They are there to charge the residents over they mistakes, if you forget to display your permit you get fine, appeal are rejected regardless. Of you choose them for your property management I would say enjoy the new pain in your life.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. My mother is a 70 year old pensioner who has received 11 tickets for parking in her own spot. Sent through all the paperwork to support the appeal but still rejected. My mum is so upset and stressed

Outside to show I'm parked inside no reasons. Your weird! Parking people the perosn I was seeing ahs never been given a permit an I'm quite glad there not going to be living there no more. Your schemes a joke charge £60 early fee or £100 and yet the place is appalling parking area over grown, looks abandomend the pot holes are astonishing so your lining your pocket an not even doing the adequate nessecerily repairs to the parking area - Great management company ethics. Hope your claims managers are good at getting out of damaged vechle suspension claims for the pits holes and rest the dumped cr*p there is round the carpark bunch of midioca jokers

Fined for using our own parking spot

We were visited by friends who used our parking spot and received a fine for it a couple of days later. We contacted the company with a photo of the permit but they didn't accept it and still went ahead to charge us. They are supposed to look after the parking area and protect the tenant but clearly, they are just out to get money off people. Very sad.

Be very wary of these Sharks!!!

I booked an apartment in order to attend a family funeral in London, we live in Staffordshire. Ian 73 yrs old appealed told I had 20 mins grace and was there 21mins. Explained difficulties of finding apartment, dusk, afraid to get out of my car for too long as I saw people dealing drugs, unloaded car and then paid £25 to park elsewhere for 2 days. They warn if you go to higher appeal and it is rejected you will pay £100 without redress is this even legal. This company need to be taken to court, for their abuse. I got the impression no matter what you said it would be rejected. I feel sorry for those who live there as they are not managing the Estate, just out to make money!!!

If only a 0/5 or -5/5rating is possible.

4 fails in a trail:
- Brazen enough to keep "secure" gates unfixed for now >9 months
- charge tenants for their employee not recognising their own hand-filled "exemption permit" whilst our allocated spot is taken up by scaffolding.
- (Of course the very first fail was that there was NO notice nor prior warning about our spot disappearing from the works. Initially I gave the benefit of the doubt for unintentional omission when I had to go to an office to obtain this exemption permit)
- rejecting appeals with no plausible reasoning stated

I'll cash-buy this company out for £0.05 and change it inside-out - it will be worth it for the non-executive employees and this company's clients.

We all need to sue them in court!

Just received the last penalty from other 6 or 7, I sue them in court, who else want to join to get rid of this cowboys that are harassing and bully, follow you home without shame can contact me, we are citizens and we don't need bullies to be scared to live in your own house, also the permits brake the privacy rules showing the house nr, can be proven with already issued permits, they don't give a thing to serve the people, they are against people every where they manage parkings creating hate. From all this reviews here this company shouldn't operate at all in this country!!! There is no legal to see this, every body is sleeping???
