had my cat insured for over 5 years…
had my cat insured for over5 years never missed a payment and when my pet went missing refused to pay out .
Total shamble stay away from this company.

Communications have been excellent - also the process for claims has been good (have had 2 claims in the last few years - no issues) - only thing I would add is that the cap limit for specific treatments is insufficient to cover that treatment (example cruciate ligament @ £1000)

These guys are so professional
These guys are so professional! Your dog will feel so comfortable here getting groomed and being loved on and they get to shop for their favorite items. The staff is amazing. They also donated to a cause near and dear to my heart, and I’m very thankful

After 3 years with Paws and Claws my insurance premium continues to increase year on year despite never having made a claim and of course should I try to claim Paws and Claws will do their best to not pay out, that's the business model of all insurance companies. It feels that pet insurance as a whole is a rip-off and this company is no different.

Paws and Claws give a reasonably priced insurance for pets and I have no reason to be critical about the service they give. The one
occasion I made a claim, it was paid promptly and with no problem.
I have had no experience with other companies for many years.

Always very helpful and quick to get things sorted with the insurance payouts if needed.
Customer care team were always very polite and efficient.
Only thing is the premium went up a considerable amount £40 extra a year which is ridiculous when the others only went uo a couple of pounds more, same age etc. Reason for my cancellation
