Left to feel alwful cancelations are a human right.

The ordering was fine but I found better deal so wanted to cancel and how I have been made to feel shocked me. I lost my deposit which I will fight for got other part refunded. We would never ever dream of leaving this but way I was left feeling from the manager and I kept calling was brutal. Money can really make people foggy minded but you never know what people are facing in their lives. Do not go into this company thinking it is plain sailing even the quality of wood was thinner than other companies. Iam allowed to cancel, I was polite but I ended up shaking in tears and felt truly unappreciated. I won't ever think of this company well again can't be only person that has suffered this. I'm lost on how to react to this positively but 1/5 is deserved. Bye pay as you go carpets retrain managers. Three weeks still no refund it's disgusting.

Worst people iv ever had too even speak…

Worst people iv ever had too even speak too no matter anything else, left nails coming threw the floor, refuse too fix it refuse too remove it after I stated if they were not going too fix it I no longer wanted the flooring. Too then be told a load of lies saying iv damaged it iv done this I was told this and that non of it being true. They have threatened too send unlicensed people too my door too collect money, they also refuse too talk too my partner even though it's in his name. They bullie people and all they think about is money. They also delete every bad comment on their social media and also block people when they try too show evidence of how they have been treat by the company. The amount of mental stress these have caused is awful. I have had too contact citizens advice as they are now harassing me. The contact is not in my name but they think it's okay too harrass me it's becoming a weekly thing. They have also told me they have taken me too court when they havnt all of this is classed as harassment. If it continues I have no choice but too take this further, I'm already waiting for trading standards too get back too me. Avoid this company with all costs

Had my carpet fitted today in my living…

Had my carpet fitted today in my living room by a guy called Sam and his helper not sure on his name tho have to say Sam was very polite and asked me questions on how I was having my living room with me having half and half and I was getting a little confused and worried but he explained and asked me questions he was very talkative and even had a laugh and joke with my children is helper was very helpful too happy with the customer service I got from these guys thank you

poor quality vinyl and no response from company.

I ordered vinyl flooring for kitchen and bathroom, was told that they would be suitable for both rooms, however couple of months and the bathroom vinyl has gone mouldy and where the bathroom mat sits when you take mat up the vinyl is all discoloured. This is telling me the vinyl is not suitable for bathrooms, as my kitchen vinyl is ok. I would have thought they would have sealed both the vinyls but they did not. I have sent email and pictures but no reply.

Guy came out and measured up for 3…

Guy came out and measured up for 3 rooms, fitters turned up and said there was only 2 rooms on their list. Tried to charge me over £800 for 2 tiny rooms and wouldn’t give me my deposit back or my first payment even though it was their mistake! Had no one been in touch or anything! Scam artists! Had to run out and quickly buy a carpet as this was Christmas week!

Don't believe 5 star reviews. Probably employees

Not the carpets ordered. Spent since sept 2023 trying to sort it out. All correspondence was ignored. This was after £650 wall mural in my sons room was damaged by the junkie carpet fitters. Damaged paint work in the living room. The left GRIPPER cut offs in the middle of the floor under the carpets. Had to pay another carpet fitter to relay our sons room. The living room carpet is rippled where it's not even laid correctly. Was threatened in May 2024 with bailiffs so rang to sort. Agreed to ring us back the day after no phone call. Still waiting for that phone call. Now demanding more money then what they've destroyed. 2 bit company avoid at all costs.

An honest review of my experience

My experience with pay as you go carpets, I placed an order with a guy who I met at my house lovely fella, couldn't be more helpful, paid my 50 deposit but then found out I had another 200 pounds and a bit to pay before they could go ahead with my order, the guy phoned the office told the boss I didn't have it until the 4th, the guy said sorry we can't even give a date for fitting until you pay the remaining sum of money, a few days later my circumstances changed and I called to cancel the carpet order, the lady explained I'd forfeit my deposit which I understand but after said phonecall I expect no more dealing with this company, I woke up yesterday morning to 80 pounds being removed by pay as you go carpets, I rang and they said don't worry one of our team will ring to sort things out within 24 hrs, 24 hrs had passed so I rang them again this time the manager rang back within 2hrs , I explained my circumstances but the answer I got didn't make sense, he said sorry you won't be getting a refund because we have no record on our end of you cancelling, I said I have a record of the call on my phone, he said you could of rang up and said the cat eats cat food for all I know, why would I inform them of what my cat eats anyway he then said if you want any carpet in the future he would keep a record of this and it would be taken off any future dealings, I left a review and titled it Robbers and Bullies, he must of took a dislikes to this and said he would give me a day to take it down, Now the way I see it, why would they order carpet specifically for one single customer, they order rolls of the stuff, multiple rolls stored in a warehouse. The guy said he had ordered my carpet what a load of garbage to keep my 80 pounds. A well deserved one star review
