Speedy service, great product!

Exceptional quality of products. Purchased cricket apparel and shoes, delivered just 24hrs later.
Slight human error, one hoodie missing from the order. Quick email to customer services and matter resolved. Hoodie delivered next day with the deepest of apologies.

Excellent customer service, particularly from Jack. I did have an issue with the first pair of golf shoes I received, however following emails identifying the problem I received a return label & they were swapped within a couple of days. Looking forward to seeing how they perform on the course. It would also be beneficial to identify on the website that the sizes are snug fitting, and a half size increase on standard size should be ordered.

Poor quality. The only thing good about Payntr shoes are their looks. Used less than 10 times and have started falling apart. Customer services are appalling, no response whatsoever. Will be spreading the word on cricket groups and forums about their product and service

Bought a pair of Payntr shoes for my (slight) 13 year old last summer. He wore them for about 15 matches and the side of one of the shoes split across half the length as he was bowling (sufficiently that he had to go off in the middle of a match). I emailed Payntr as I didn’t feel the shoes were of sufficient quality given how little he’d worn them.

They were totally unhelpful and said that, as I’d bought batting shoes not bowling shoes, it was my fault for not having separate pairs. My sons play club, school and county cricket and I’ve never seen a child have a separate pair of batting and bowling shoes (including the ones that play for Middlesex). I’d have understood their position if it was a six foot Jimmy Anderson pounding down the wicket, but not a child for 15 matches on grass wickets. They were adamant that batting shoes could not be worn by players for bowling.

Only when I emailed back to say that was a shame as my son had wanted me to upgrade to their top of the range bowling shoes, did they then offer 20% off. On principle, I won’t buy Payntr shoes again as I felt their response was unhelpful and unreasonable. By comparison, my older son’s Adidas spikes are 3 years old, he’s probably played 200 matches in them and they’re still going strong.

The product is very aesthetically pleasing and look great . However I brought them in 2020 a year where no cricket for me was played and got to use them this year. The shoe fell apart after 8 games in and cost £80 I would not expect this v Asics which last at least 2 seasons for a similar price. Customer service did offer a 20% reduction but given the product only lasts a third of a season I would not buy them again and would not recommend them as whilst they look great the quality is very poor.

Great product as I have been using this brand from last two years but this time I am trying to return shoes or exchange for the smaller size.
I emailed them several time from last one week on they have provided on website under return and exchange section but haven’t received any reply. They don’t have any contact number.

Purchased shoes just before lockdown in Melbourne for 10 year old in June. used 2 weeks went to lock down..started using again in September and within 3 months the shoes worn out form front with almost a whole in the front now. Explanation provided its general wear and tear with player using it. How can a 10 year old batsmen(not bowler) can wear it enough in 3 months playing on synthetic(to create a whole in front). Bottom pimples almost gone as well. Poor quality and not impressed with explanation. This was first time purchase and I guess the last one as well.

I have order for Payntr V Spikes on 29 Sept 2020 against order number 4468 (WEB4468) and provided with the Fedex tracking number and supposed to received parcel by 03 Oct 2020. However, till date not received. Sent few mails to Payntr customer service but got no response. Called Fedex, Singapore few times and they responded the tracking number provided do not appeared in their system, instead mail fedex cross border to track the parcel. Awaiting fedex cross border response.
Hope Payntr shall contact to fedex for expedite the delivery.

Great products, but disappointed with Customer Service as i have been trying for a week to return one product and no reply to direct email or contact form on website.
Have since ordered product again with additional products as needed it replacing quickly but also need to return one of those.
No customer service number to follow this up

Ordered spikes and socks - spikes arrived and some socks missing from order.
Mailed 3 times and got no response, eventually used a letter and got a great response and follow up to resolve.Its not easy to contact Payntr apart from the email provided.
They are great products (spikes, socks) but customer services follow up lets it down.

Had a problem with my cricket boots that didn’t manage to last 2 seasons. Emailed Payntr and got a response within an hour. Free replacement offered the next day. Very good customer service

I purchased a pair of spikes last year and they are great. So I thought I would purchase a pair of pimples.
I received my order very quick. Trouble is it’s another pair of spikes and not pimples as ordered.
I have now sent 3 emails and a Facebook Messenger Message but have had no reply now for 4 days. Can someone please check their emails at Payntr and reply so I can arrange for an exchange?

Excellent company to deal with and superb products. I ordered 2 pairs of boots (different sizes for different people) and one pair was slightly too small. I emailed to find out the best way of returning and getting a larger size and the response was very quick. The suggestion was to send both pairs back as the new size was a different price and order 2 new pairs. Pay for these and get a refund. All worked really well and returning was a very simple task and FOC.

After hearing lots of positivity and a high recommendation about the quality of product I should have received, they are now 6 days past the date of delivery and I’ve now played 3 games without any footwear. I’ve sent a message through the website and now a direct email due to not get any response. I’m hoping they rectify the problem soon and I can hopefully leave a very different review

16 days since payntr have received my shoes back and after several emails I have no reply and no replacement shoes been sent out!!!
