Very dishonest company and Google should stop using them. I bought a Pixel 10 phone and Pixel 3 watch at considerable expense direct from Google and one of the reasons I chose Google was becaus... See more

Avoid At All Costs
Sent in a device and it was valued as a completely different phone.
This company is inept and don't know one phone from another.
Avoid at all costs.
Of all the years I've been in the…
Of all the years I've been in the industry, I have never seen a company with this much inventory. Tie that to a great customer support team and you feel like you've found a partner in your business. Only thing is the pricing which is a little steep - but the amount they have available makes up for it.
Will devalue your phone trade in
Offered a £285 trade in with Google. Valued my phone at £0. Said it had screen burn. My phone was immaculate. Arrived back with scratches and a changed screen. The screen burn didn't match how my phone was set up. Disgusted. I will never send a phone away ever again, sell it privately. I complained to Google, who were very polite but got nowhere. Completely unscrupulous company.
Scam company - do NOT honour trade-ins
Scam company. Rejected by Google Pixel 3a trade-in because the the "case damaged". It wasn't, it was perfect condition. The screen was cracked - which I clearly stated/choose as the condition of the phone - so rejection reason invalid. Also returned the phone with no sim-tray. Google wouldn't help. That's my last Google product ever, and I hope PCS wireless go bust :)
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Shame on Google for employing their services. Google will allow you to purchase a phone and send yours for trade in, you send your phone in, and this company will value your phone at £0 and return it to you causing you to foot the bill. Google are well aware of the practices employed by this business and they willingly allow it to happen and to represent them. Ensured that I shall never buy a Google product again.
I would give it less if I could
I would give it less if I could. Sent my phone after receiving kit from Google after a Trade in. Questions asked about condition (very good) did the screen have a crack in it (no) and does it power on (yes). Was told i would receive £140. All in all process took 1 month and 3 days. They came back to me to say my phone is worth 0. Absolutely ridiculous company and if thats who Google do their business with I feel sorry for them.
did a trade-in with google
I bought a Pixel 7 on Google store and did a trade-in with my Google Pixel 6 which was less than a year old. I sent my old phone, PCS wireless kept it for at least 10 days (I have Royal mail photos as evidence that it was delivered way before PCS Wireless updated the status to "received"), and then after the assessment they said that it's worth £0 because:
- they received it late (I sent it as soon as I received the trade-in kit)
- the screen had "some burn in" (the phone was pristine, like new when I sent it and all they ask when trading your phone in is if it turns on, if it has cracks and to make sure it's factory reset)
Unfortunately, if Google trusts companies like this as their partners I'm never going to buy any Google products in future.
UPDATE: I received my Google Pixel 6 and as expected there is no burn-in, no scratches, etc. I was told by the Google support that they started an investigation, hence they asked me for photos of my phone's screen. After 10 days, this is their response:
"I understand the importance of this concern to you. However, the assessment result is already final. Also, since you already received your device back we don't have a way to re-process the trade in program.
To extend my assistance, I highly suggest that you consider it as a gift to your relatives/family or you may sell your old phone to your co-worker or relatives. In this way, you can still get funds from the old device."
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Took ages to send me the trade in kit, another week after they received my phone and me contacting them to actually get them to inspect it and then they said it was worth nothing despite it being in perfect working order. DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR PHONE WITH GOOGLE!
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Please whatever you do, do not consider using them no matter the trade in amount.
