VAT
Will be added to the bid price and buyers’ premium on all lots as labelled.
For example:
Bid price 100.00
Buyer’s premium @ 17.5% plus VAT = £21.00
VAT @ 20% on £100 = £20.00
Total £141.00
Very concerning and confused? Not only do you charge buyers a premium of 17.5% plus VAT like most Auctions, Never have I seen an extra 20% on the bid price. It surely is a mistake?

Buyer BEWARE. Whilst this auctioneer says on their website that it is the buyers responsibility to check products before you bid. Be warned they make NO EFFORT AT ALL to check if products work before they auction them so It is very very likely that most things will NOT work.

Has any body else experience racism in there, Some of their staff are very racist towards non whites. racist don't have o be blatant and ovious to show their racism.
U can basically see them smiling and explain about something to some white customers, but when a non white customer asks them about some thing, their face and their tone of voice changes by either saying yes or no as a conversation. Out of the ones in the customer service are worse.
look miserable with attitide( again I think it's only with non whites.
I've had many others telling same thing about them.
Once on the phone I asked to talk to the manager, and the rude woman on the phone goes " we are all managers and bosses here, we can ban who ever we want( it was in relation to her saying she will ban me if I don't pay, after I argued that I didnt bid for the item she is talking about).
It is time they also employ some non white people.

I was ask by the vendor to withdraw my review as I should of known the company charge to package an item. (I was not advised) it seems the company do not want to take responsibility for their inadequacies to protect items without charging for this as an EXTRA service. If a customer purchased an item for £20 why would they pay another £36 to have it placed in a box then pay £33 to have it delivered! It makes no sense nor is it good business.
As for the karchers the reply comments on, (how the staff were helping the courier with labels etc,) perhaps you are the reason then that all 5 (five) karchers went missing! After all the “Charging for packaging” was not introduced until March 21 I purchased the karchers in February 21 when you had only just introduced courier/postage let alone thought about charging for packaging an item. Your company did not hold the capacity to transport large items hence sending me to another operator.
I decline to withdraw my truthful statement.

Lesson learnt.
Absolute thieves charge £48 for delivery plus £5 if you want adequate cover, claim they cannot weigh the items so I can arrange a courier? Never heard so much nonsense in my life - absolute con men
They charge a $5 charge to literally sign up for their actions. What a disgrace

Purchased several lots from their St Neots Auction recently. I looked carefully at the photos before purchasing. When I collected my lots I noticed that they were covered in orange returns stickers. None of these were showing in the photos as they had been turned inward so as not to be seen. This happed on several lots.
I also purchased a lot of Thompson's waterproofing only to be told it didn't actually exist and they would refund me. I thought we had a contract?
I mentioned when I collected about the orange stickers but nobody was interested. I have since emailed twice and had no reply so am bitterly disappointed with this company. I did think that with a long trading history I could trust them. Obviously not

Worst Auctioneers in UK never use them, they only try to take money from people, and goods never come to your house.
