Peddler broke my postbox…

Peddler broke my postbox by trying to forcefully push something into it. That was in April this year. I’ve send them all the info, including the costs of repair. Now they’re playing hide and seek and good cop, bad cop. The good cop was until recently saying she forwarded my info, but she can’t do anything else. She makes the other department out to be the bad cop. But in fact they are using stall tactics and don’t want to restore the damage they caused.

Watch out they are a SCAM!!

they say that they tried to deliver a package and that there was no-one at home 3 times...... twice there was somebody at home and they never pushed the bell. when you trie to contact them about this they say they can't do anything about it and they will send the package back to sender, after 3 weeks it is still not there.

Terrible

Terrible. I was home the whole day, when they were supposed to deliver my package. No one rang the bell, and the package was nowhere to be found but they calimed it was delivered. I sent an email complaining, but got no response. So disappointing

Horrible

Horrible. No humans run the email. The track n trace vague between 9am to 10pm and no up-to-date indication.

First attempt: I wasn't home.
Second attempt: I was home, doors open and with a note on the window and door. I get an email, no one home. I saw no one come by at all.
I requested an address change twice to an well known central city office building that has daily postal, shipping, food delivery services.
Address change acknowledged after.
Third attempt: Can't deliver cause they try to deliver on a Saturday.
Fourth Attempt: I get an email - The address you provide is incorrect. I replied with screen shots and google map links of this well known building's address.

I hear nothing back anymore. That was Sept 1st and today is the 9th.
No sorry.
No follow up.
Not even we are returning your package.
I think there was never a first attempt.

After reading all the horrible reviews, I believe they have lost/stolen my package.

Their email is an automated reply and now it feels they have put me into Junk Mail.

I have opened up another help desk request from a different email and I only received the same reply.

Typically Dutch i don't care customer service and work attitude.

Unreliable. Abandoned my package.

Poor service. They left my package at the entrance of the building when I was not home and someone stole it. In the delivery notification they wrote that I signed for the delivery and accepted it WHEN IT NEVER HAPPENED. Liars! Do not leave your orders in the hands of these lazy and bad delivery service.

Peddler is used by aliexpress

Peddler is used by aliexpress, cheap and impossible. Don't wait for them the whole day, because they will deliver tomorrow. No pick-up point, no time-frame, no communication. This was the last order with aliexpress if i can't exclude Peddler.

Peddler is not a legit company

Peddler is not a legit company. I was home when they said they delivered the package, but nobody rang the doorbell, also not with ny neighbours. When telling them I didn’t receive anything they said the system says they did, and that was the end of it.
Avoid at all cost!!!

I honestly do not even know where to…

I honestly do not even know where to start with Peddler. I ordered online and the retailer decided to use them for delivery. From start to finish it has been a complete disaster. I clearly told them I would not be home and tried to arrange an alternative delivery location or time, but they attempted to deliver my package three times anyway, completely ignoring what I told them. No call, no email, no message. Nothing.

After ignoring all my attempts to communicate, they just returned my package without a word. No explanation, no warning, nothing. I emailed them multiple times as they promised, and of course, they never responded. Trying to get any help feels impossible because they act like customer requests do not exist.

This is not just bad service, it is reckless and unprofessional. They clearly have zero interest in actually delivering packages safely or keeping customers informed. I had no control over this company being chosen for my delivery, yet I ended up paying the price for their incompetence.

If you care about your packages, your time, or just basic common sense, avoid Peddler. They fail at the most basic parts of their job. Listening, communicating, and delivering are clearly not a priority. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this has been.

Peddler should stop operating delivering packages.

'Bad' is even a too soft term, Peddler is one of the worst courier companies in the Netherlands.

AVOID by all means. If you have something being delivered by them expect to lose your package or have it returned by them to the source.

The worst delivery company

First of all if I could write this review with a ZERO star would be the best option, but now I have to lie with 1 star to wright this review.
PLEASE IF POSSIBLE DO NOT USE PEDDLER.
They don’t give any options to choose from
They don’t alert you in time that they are going to deliver.
They just throw your package in the hall way or leave it in front of your door unattended. Your package is doomed to be stolen if you are at work.
I have gone from less buying on Aliexpress and Temu to not ordering anymore from these two companies.
Nothing against their products but they lie to you about delivering with Postnl and after you pay you will see it is one of these companies is going to deliver, but you will never know when.

Unreliable.

Suddenly received an email on tuesday like 4pm that they would deliver before 9pm. I was at work, so didn't make it.
Then they would deliver wednesday 09:00 AM to 21:00 PM. Twelve hour window. The package was not delivered.
Then they would come Thursday. 09:00-21:00. Again, no package.
Then they would come Friday. Same story.
Right now they say they will come Saturday... we shall see.

Insane they expect me to just stay home 4 days for 12h at a time. No work, no grocery shop... nothing.
Horrible delivery. No communication. Bad customer service.

Don't use. They lose packages

Very wide delivery window 9:00 - 21:00. No good feedback on their tracking what is happening with the package. Cancelled at the end of day 1. Let me wait another day. Then on day 3 I sent a message. Only then they send me a restitution message and that the packages was lost.
