I honestly do not even know where to start with Peddler. I ordered online and the retailer decided to use them for delivery. From start to finish it has been a complete disaster. I clearly told them I would not be home and tried to arrange an alternative delivery location or time, but they attempted to deliver my package three times anyway, completely ignoring what I told them. No call, no email, no message. Nothing.
After ignoring all my attempts to communicate, they just returned my package without a word. No explanation, no warning, nothing. I emailed them multiple times as they promised, and of course, they never responded. Trying to get any help feels impossible because they act like customer requests do not exist.
This is not just bad service, it is reckless and unprofessional. They clearly have zero interest in actually delivering packages safely or keeping customers informed. I had no control over this company being chosen for my delivery, yet I ended up paying the price for their incompetence.
If you care about your packages, your time, or just basic common sense, avoid Peddler. They fail at the most basic parts of their job. Listening, communicating, and delivering are clearly not a priority. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this has been.

AVOID by all means. If you have something being delivered by them expect to lose your package or have it returned by them to the source.
The worst delivery company
First of all if I could write this review with a ZERO star would be the best option, but now I have to lie with 1 star to wright this review.
PLEASE IF POSSIBLE DO NOT USE PEDDLER.
They don’t give any options to choose from
They don’t alert you in time that they are going to deliver.
They just throw your package in the hall way or leave it in front of your door unattended. Your package is doomed to be stolen if you are at work.
I have gone from less buying on Aliexpress and Temu to not ordering anymore from these two companies.
Nothing against their products but they lie to you about delivering with Postnl and after you pay you will see it is one of these companies is going to deliver, but you will never know when.
Unreliable.
Suddenly received an email on tuesday like 4pm that they would deliver before 9pm. I was at work, so didn't make it.
Then they would deliver wednesday 09:00 AM to 21:00 PM. Twelve hour window. The package was not delivered.
Then they would come Thursday. 09:00-21:00. Again, no package.
Then they would come Friday. Same story.
Right now they say they will come Saturday... we shall see.
Insane they expect me to just stay home 4 days for 12h at a time. No work, no grocery shop... nothing.
Horrible delivery. No communication. Bad customer service.

Don't use. They lose packages
Very wide delivery window 9:00 - 21:00. No good feedback on their tracking what is happening with the package. Cancelled at the end of day 1. Let me wait another day. Then on day 3 I sent a message. Only then they send me a restitution message and that the packages was lost.
Fake delivery attempt
They say they could not deliver but I was at home and nobody even tried.

Liars. They NEVER make delivery attempt and says that the recipient is absent so they could not make any delivery attempt.
