The glasses arrived late.The prescription is fine but the frame in all honesty is a little flimsy.Sadly I can't member when we bought them but it was definitely in 2022

Excellent glasses

Waited 3 weeks now. Have a tracking number which shows on the Royal Mail website as in transit to RDC. Called them today to be told that my glasses are overseas and not in the UK yet. Apparently I might get them next week or maybe the week after!

Waited a very long time for the glasses to arrive! When they finally did arrive they were not what I ordered! They are very poor quality, very cheap looking! The case did not even include a lens cloth!? I would not order from this company, I have ordered online from other retailers who are quicker, and the quality is far better.

Poor quality product after a long wait to have them delivered. The varifocal lenses are not well gradated and give a limited field of vision. The frames look and feel cheap. The promise of 5-12 days delivery on the website for non-single vision lenses was as empty as a beggar's bowl. The glasses arrived, after two phone calls to chase them, one month from ordering. The UK credentials repeatedly promoted on the website, including reference to the lab in Shepshed, are a sham. These glasses were made in China, given away by the Chinese script on the package not being fully covered by the secondary label. The glasses case is good.

There is plenty of choice on the website as in styles of frames. Adding in my prescription details was very straightforward too so it was very easy to place an order with confidence

I must admit that all my glasses and that of my family are ordered from you since 4 -5 years and we never ever had a single issue. But I am afraid that the quality of your frames are now degrading. I ordered a frames in January and already broken in July :(

My glasses are amazing and were very cheap.

I purchased two pairs of Titanium extra thin glasses. There was a problem, but I believe it is not what has gone wrong, but what and how a firm deal with it. Perfecglasses get 100% with how they dealt with my problem. I will definately use Perfecglases next time for any new glasses.
