I ordered a personalised bottle of wine for my husbands 30th birthday and it came within the 5 days as stated and was just perfect! So happy with it and my husband is going to love it!

I ordered some engraved whisky glasses requiring both text and a logo for a gift with a week's turn around required. These were delivered several days before in a pleasant presentation box - though the engraving could have been a tad better (?) the logo was well cut into the glasses and very clear. A good job all round.

They worked hard to give me what I was after I wanted coats of arms done on 2 glasses yet I had trouble finding a clear image for each item, yet they kept trying to help and even looked themselves.
Clear and quick with email responses and once achieved the final product arrived quickly and was just what I wanted and I am really please with them.
Recommend to any one and the prices are fab, compared to engraving in the passed on the high street. Many thanks. Brilliant!

I placed an order on 21/4/12 and i am still waiting for it to arrive. So I am not really impressed to receive an email asking me for feedback!

I had no problems with the buying process, either on the website or on the telephone. The pewter tankard is handsome and satisfactorily heavy, and attractively presented in its box. My only reservation is that the engraving is light and doesn't stand out well, but at the price that's not too surprising and it may improve with age. Altogether I'm very satisfied.

I was really looking forward to the engraved pendant and chain I had purchased for my sisters 21st birthday, however I was sadly disappointed. Though I cannot argue that the gift was a very reasonable price, the promise of the fine quality engraving was not met. The engraving is barely visible, requiring you to squint to see if it is actually there. I had on first glance assumed it was not engraved at all.

Thankfully, as it was a reasonably low price I will pass on the gift and hope my sister appreciates the thought rather than the end product.

I ordered an engraved hip-flask from this website and the wrong one came with the correct engraving. So I sent it back and rang them with the thought that it was just a simple mistake. I changed the address on the order (as I was moving to my student house) and the completely wrong one was sent to this new address (wrong engraving as well). So I re-ordered it again but this time the wrong one had been sent to my previous address. So I rang up and asked for a full refund and ordered a hip-flask from another website. The next day, the correct hip-flask arrived at my previous address. I am sending it back as I don't want to deal with this company any more. They are awful, admin is terrible, the staff are useless, don't EVER go here.

It was easy for me as I don't go into shopping centre very often as I have health problems. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

the graduation watch arrived sat 14/4/2012. At first we were thrilled, and the engraving was wonderful - just what we ordered.
Sadly we set the watch, only to find it stopped after a few seconds. We looked if there was any guarantee in the box,or in the packaging, and no - nothing! Even a basic watch these days has some kind of instruction or basic guarantee.
Monday 16th April, we returned the watch, by recorded delivery, first class, with a letter explaining our complaint and asking if the guarantee was missing.
Today 19/4/2012 we have had the watch returned. It does appear to be going at the moment, but we are very disappointed with the firm, no letter, brief note etc. was included with the watch. We thought our grandson's graduation from Cambridge university deserved a gift that was that little bit different, although it is not expensive, when you buy a watch, you do expect it to work! This company seem to think it not appropriate to reply in some way to a very curtious complaint. We will not deal with them again, after this experience. We have other grandchildren at University but will look elsewhere when they graduate. Family from Lancashire.

Easy ordering process, good value and delivered pretty quickly. No complaints on the quality of the end product, engraving was all correct. Will use them again.

Firstly when ordering I had difficulty with the payment pages not loading, so I contact the company for help I was greeted by a very snotty woman who said there is nothing she can do. So if the internet doesn't work you can't buy products?? I persisted with the online service and eventually got my order placed. I then waited 12 days for delivery this is longer than the time stipulated at purchase. I had emailed to find out exactly when my item would arrive then waited two days for a reply to be told they were waiting for a delivery from their supplier. A time delaying issue which surely customers should be informed about as soon as it arises!! After this I was told it would arrive on the Thursday, it didn't I then waited a further 2 days for my item to arrive. On a positive though the necklace is exactly what I wanted and was engraved beautifully.

I would recommend this company, the service was excellent and the products were good quality and good value for money. The glass tankards I purchased also came with a presentation box and a gift bag for no extra cost.

Internet purchasing isn't always straightforward but this company makes it a pleasure; simple, efficient and good value. A great selection of things to be personalised and the big smiles you get when the the gifts are opened tell how much they'e appreciated!

All three engraved tankards were in excellent condition and the engraving accurate. The only slight complaint was that it took 9 days for them to arrive rather than the 5 suggested on the website.

I bought 2 different types of tankard, one for my brother and another for a friend. Both of which were 30th Birthday gifts. The web site was easy to use and everything was clearly present. No hidden costs :). It only took 7 days from me ordering them to receiving them which I think was excellent service. They arrived in their own presentation boxes which were well padded. These were then placed inside a larger box which were well protected too. I also received a gift bag to place the boxes in which I thought was a really nice touch. Very pleased.
