Personalised Gifts Engraved 

Satisfied with the bottle and design. Expected a bigger card as it was a lot smaller than expected. Wording in the card was slightly different as we requested to start the card as: Dear ... but for some reason this was replaced by the full name of the person we bought the item for.
Delivery was 1 day late but luckily order wasn't needed until few days later.
The website should make it clear how many characters are allowed on the bottle as I had an issue with that after ordering my present.
It would also be benefitial if the website allowed the customer to see the full product with the requested writing for peace of mind.
Overall the experience was satisfactory and I will use it again.

Very pleased with the service, the tankard I ordered was of excellent quality the engraving was nicely done , delivery was much quicker than I had anticipated. Overall excellent.

I have no problem in recommending this website, the sales department even contacted me to check on the label choice I made for the personalized wine I had chosen

This is the first time I have used Personalised Gifts-engraved,(.com), and had to find a leaving present for a work colleague. Not only was I impressed by the range of goods on offer, but the process of ordering, payment etc was very straight forward.
I would highly recommend this company to family and friends, especially for those who are tricky to buy for !

I have just returned from work to find the gift I ordered for £85 has not been delivered. I ordered it last Sunday for my Godson's Christening this Sunday, and paid extra for the 48hr 'express service' to be doubly sure. I phoned on the Thurs (72 working hours later) to be told sorry, but it had been dispatached and would definately be with me Friday. Here I am on Friday evening, no one answering the phone, office not open again until Monday, and Godson with no Christening present. Thank you very much for this dire service!

I ordered a hip flask for a 21st birthday present. 8 days later it still hadn't arrived, so I phoned to ask if it was on it's way, as i really needed it to arrive no later than the next day. I was then informed that I'd been sent an email, just half an hour before my phone call, to say it was out of stock and that I could choose another one!! Needless to say I cancelled the order, then ran to the shops to buy an alternative present!

Very happy indeed with my order, it arrived within one week and it looked great with the engraving- my fiancé loved his present- thank you!

I required a unique gift to give to two Japanese visitors and only thought about it at the last minute; tankards with their name engraved would be ideal. The Web Site said five working days, I placed the order on a Friday for delivery the following Tuesday – they arrived! Well done!
I gave a brief history of the tankard and then presented our gifts. Our visitors were VERY pleased and more so when they saw their name engraved on the tankard.

Not impressed so far waisted a day waiting in for the Tankard to arrive. Sent emails to try & find out what was going on & still waiting for a reply.
This is a gift & could now end up being late & now have the added problem of it being delivered whilst at work.
Cant comment on product as still not arrived.

Ordered an item and paid £17 for delivery within 2 days as the item was a gift which was needed for 1 weeks time. When it didn't arrive as promised I tried to call them, but phone line was dead. I emailed them four times and finally got one reply to say the item I had ordered 4 days previously was out of stock and that they expected stock that day and if arrived they would send out the next day (which was the deadline day for us needing the gift). They agreed to refund me £10 express delivery, yes they had taken my money without processing my order!!!!! I neither received an email or telephone call to say this delivery was not being made. Eventually I cancelled the order, but out of at least 10 emails only recieved an answer to that one. I eventually got through on the telephone and they confirmed they had indeed refunded all of my money as I had requested. Very poor comms and service, would not recommend.

Well happy. Quick and easy, arrived with in a few days and was well packed to ovoid damage. Recommended : D

I asked for one product and recieved another. When I called to get things sorted it was left to me to send back the items they had sent which were wrong at my cost.
Not pleased at all and would not use personalised gifts again!

The website is good and easy to use with a massive catalogue and range of engraving options. Prices are great and engraving is not limited. However the engraving had a misspelling which was slightly disappointing but thankfully it was a joke present.

Service and Delivery was good, but I was dissappointed with the quality of the barrel tankard, it was very lightweight and did not feel very substantial. The lip of the tankard felt quite sharp.

I ordered my product and 6 days later it arrived.

However, it was not delivered by courier and signed for, as stated, but in the normal post with hardly any wrapping, so could have easily been damaged. I also did not receive my free presentation box, so I called up and was told it would be sent that day, 4 days later, I have still yet to receive it, I needed it by today as it's the persons birthday tomorrow, so now will be unable to give it to them on the day.

Nice product, but dissapointed in the service.

Got my tankard which looks great, packing was poor and the gift bag inside was all ripped, think it was only the cardboard box that the tankard was in that saved it getting damaged.
