I ordered two pewter tankards which each held two pints.

The metal is heavy gauge and will leave a strong impression when I give the two gifts to my sons-in-law.

Arrived later than informed it would. Tankard dented, scuffed and covered in black welding remains. Quality of engraving however was excellent.

The flask I ordered was exactly as desired, in a nice presentation box. Only two minor quibbles: delivery took over a week, would have have been nice to receive a little sooner, and the bag that the product and box came in had been folded making it unsuitable as a gift bag (which seemed to be its intended purpose!)

Overall, however, I was pleased and would recommend the site and product.

I'm very disappointed that I ordered a pen as a gift for Christmas and when it arrived (which took quite a while) the engraving which we'd paid for wasn't on the pen as assumed, but on the box. Not only that, but the wrong name was written in the engraving, despite the receipt they sent with the pen saying the correct name!

Obviously it is too late to do anything about this now and so I don't have a gift to give for my father.

I'm very disappointed and I'm still waiting to hear from customer services.

The finished product (engraved hip flask) was an excellent quality and the engraving just what was needed.

The web site is easy to navigate and the range of products available is comprehensive, I did have a few issues when processing the order as the way in which the engraving was laid out in the form was not excatly WYSIWIG as it added line breaks and displayed the print command and at one point it appeared that I had 2 for each line. Took me a couple of attempts to be certain it was going to be laid out as I wanted. Even at the finish I was not 100% certain I was going to get what I wanted.

However the end result was perfect, the engraving was spot on and laid out exactly as requested. I would use this supplier again without hesitation.
