I ordered online two food boxes I was told in one day one is out of stock then two days the order was due was told the other was out of stock, the first I can accept even though they were not out of stock when ordered the second is just out right lies the day at the last minute the food was to be delivered they sent me an email saying refund out of stock, this is a Friday afternoon and no chance of a delivery before Mon or Tues from another company.
I have a disability and do not drive and now I will run out of special cat food for my sick pet.
These people DO NOT CARE I will never do business with this uncaring useless bunch again in fact will be ringing radio with my experience to warn others.

Don't pricematch
I tried to get a pricematch from Petbarn. Was told it'd be 5-7 minutes. Waited online - nothing. Then an hour later a flurry of replies saying they needed more information. Then nothing - waiting another hour.
Bought elsewhere.

We live In the East Pilbara and I can place an order big or small the have it sent either the same day or next day. There prices are the best and we get our order delivered and it’s here within in 3 to 4 working days. Pending on the day I order. PETBARN rock. I can’t recommend them enough. 🐾🐾❤️
Disgusting filthy mongrel staff
Disgusting filthy mongrel staff. I went today 9th July. I have a lot of animals and probably spend around $10,000 a year then add vet bills to that. I rescue on my own with no help
I asked if they had any food to spare. All three of these cows refused and then ignored me. I spent $1000 last month!

The bonus points would come upon their computer automatically. Now you have to check your emails download the code then use it in 4weeks it disappears. Wow funny how the rewards have change . Yes you have made it harder for society to receive your rewards. Interesting great way for Petbarn to save money . As usual who loses the consumer . You should be ashamed of yourself. Won’t be back

Pet Barn staff member recommended toxic product
My husband went into Pet Barn to get flea treatment for our daughter's rabbit. The staff member who assisted him assured him that Frontline was safe for rabbits. She sold him some for 75 AUD assuring him that it was good for rabbits. At home I had a look at the bottle and couldn't see any reference to rabbits and looked it up on line where in capital letters it said: this product is toxic and lethal to rabbits. When we called customer service they said they could understand our frustration with the fact that we bought the wrong product. They didn't really take accountability for the fact that their staff sold it to us for a rabbit and acted like we were being slightly unreasonable. Pet Barn staff potentially lethal to your pets.
Disappointing Experience with Petbarn Online Order

I recently placed an order with Petbarn, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The shipment arrived with multiple issues that should have been easily avoidable.
Firstly, the item with SKU: 3219297 was damaged upon arrival. There was no protective packaging whatsoever, making it almost inevitable that the item would be damaged in transit. Is this the first shipment they have ever sent out?
Secondly, the item with SKU: bundle-1084 was missing entirely from the package. This item is a crucial medication for my dog, and its absence is simply unacceptable and ridiculous.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Misleading updates and spam
Decided against a competitor due to several slow shipping complaints, and ordered from Petbarn. Towards the end of the next day I got an update saying my order "has been shipped". Great, I thought, clicking on the tracking link, which reveals that it has in fact not been shipped, only packed. Being a Friday afternoon, no hope of it going anywhere for three days then.
I then got another update on the Monday that it was on its way, which this time it was. I received it late Wednesday afternoon - that's six days, in Sydney Metro.
On top of that, during these six days I received a total of twelve emails from Petbarn. Yes, some were related to the actual order, but most were not. I've obviously unsubscribed from the spam.
Great puppy school experience
We have completed puppy school and beginner puppy classes at our local Petbarn in Currumine WA. The classes have been great. We learned a lot about the basics of training our dog as well as getting in some socialisation. We will be back for intermediate. We thought the level was pitched well. Our teacher was knowledgeable and really engaging with us and our pup. We thought it was good value for money.
In general we've always appreciated our local store. They can be a little pricey but they stock a great range of healthy treats that engage our pack.
I i bought the wrong product online.
I bought a bottle of cat block house training spray by accident online at Petbarn. Took it back when i realised my mistake. They switched it over and was on my way in about 20 seconds. The product i bought is natures miracle cat calming spray. I knew this was going to work within 5 seconds of letting her sniff a bit on my hand.Ive got a happy cat purring on my lap. I bought it for a 4 day car trip. I can rest a bit easier about it with this stuff.
10/10 all round
Zero support for missing online order
Order delivered to incorrect address, photo evidence from delivery driver proves this. Item left unattended at this incorrect address, and is now missing. Customer support refusing to issue a refund, replacement or credit. Waste of time and energy dealing with unreasonable customer support staff. Have been a loyal Petbarn customer for some time, won’t be buying from them again.
Good, Old Fashioned Customer Service
I needed a plastic dog bowl which could be chained to a tap for the benefit of the many dogs and swans in my area. Phoebe asked her colleague, Tom, to assist and he went to a lot of trouble to adapt one of their bowls to suit the purpose.
Tom & Phoebe worked together with the aim of achieving what the customer required. Thank you most sincerely - from Sally, Swans and Dogs.

Went there at Yarrawonga Petbarn NT to pick up online shopping. I have been shoppeing Petbarn since they started (anywhere in Australia) but unfortunately, the service is very very poor especially the Manager who serve me last Sunday to pick up my goods. She is so rude and not even smiling. Ask questions 1 answer. Like dosent' want to help. Not even explaining. Well I have been spending from $200 above for so many years online and physical shopping, Now, I decided not to shop with them anymore. I rather go somewhere else (stores) where they are very friendly, helpful and cheaper. Actually notice too their dogs dry foods are very very expensive. Their staffs honestly is not as friendly and helpful like before. The only nice staff working there is now is Joes but he was not their when I went to pick up my orders. Goodbye Petbarn. Don't expect me to come to your store with arrogant sales staff especially the manager very poor customer service not very help at all. thank you for your very bad customer service provided last Sunday.
Late delivery, no updates, long wait times on the phone
Ordered an item on Sunday and spent enough to qualify for delivery within 3 days. 3rd day came and no update on order or delivery status. Now stuck on the phone for over 20 minutes having to call them for a delay in their service!

In my order confirmation and their advertisement, they set the latest delivery date on 2nd May. However, they gave the package to the Australian post on 10:00am of May 2nd which is Thursday.
Considering post is not working on Weekend, my kitten food would not be delivered till May 6 in best case scenario.
I also mention that I’m happy to pick up the food from store but all my attempts to get my kitten food on-time was not successful.
Delivering on-time inside Sydney metro region is the bare minimum that they fail.
I ordered some products from Amazon, PetCircle, Petso, etc in a same week and everything was delivered in time except Petbarn. Delivery on time Sydney metro region would be bare minimum for online shop.
This time would be my last time to trust this company.

Petbarn points system is crap
Petbarn points system is such a load of crap, have been a member for over 6 years and purchased quite a bit and receive nothing in return, but all of my other memberships like Supercheap, Autobarn for example I only have to purchase a couple of things and they're always saying that I have so many dollars sitting there that I can use or keep it there and let the amount build up. Lift your game Petbarn and make it an incentive to purchase from your store as you love to have over the top prices for quite a lot of your products

No refund for cancelled puppy school…
We booked for beginners dog school and were excited to start. The teacher emailed to move the start date to a week later which was fine. We then get an email to say they cancelled the class and no other option other than to refund us and we should have the refund in 2-3 business days. Fast forward a week no refund. Email customer service and get a response of ‘sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate the feedback, who knows if we will see the refund but will never go to petbarn again
