We were really concerned about being able to take our not so socialized 2.5 yo German Shepherd to Germany. PetExpress took over the matter and handled it smoothly from end to end. Our dog, Ivy, went from our house in Sri Lanka to the one in Germany even earlier than predicted with all the legal paperwork and clearances. Shanaka and his team members were absolutely professional,helpful and friendly. Ivy has a displaced hip but she arrived in great health and is running around and enjoying her new home without an issue. They do what they claim they do, and does it better.

5 Stars is not enough appreciation to Shanaka and his team at Pet Express.

We chose Shanaka and Pet Express through a recommendation of a friend who had relocated their pets through Pet Express. The service delivered and the efforts the team put in was far beyond our expectations.

Shanaka and his team at Pet Express relocated our pet dog "Kottu" who is a Havanese X Maltese Terrier from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Sri Lanka.

Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, Shanaka guided us with excellent planning, organization and thorough communication. Even when challenges did arise with new rules and regulations, Shanaka provided solutions immediately to overcome said challenges.

PetExpress is a trustworthy organization, operated with an excellent team with immense knowledge and expertise in the International Pet Relocation industry.

I cannot thank Shanaka and his team enough for all the support, coordination and guidance provided through this journey.

Our Kottu is now on the beautiful island of Sri Lanka enjoying his time in his new home.

The process of getting our animals out of Thailand and then into Sri Lanka was extremely complicated. This team and their partner team in Bangkok, helped manage the challenges and got our 2 dogs and 2 cats here safe and sound.

Shanaka and his team in Vancouver truly made it as seamless and as smooth as possible for my fur baby to move to Sri Lanka. Documentation, transportation, care and love were simply some of the many aspects of Pet Express that ensured by dog to safely move from Canada to Sri Lanka.

You may find other services out there offering the same promise, but rest assured no body will take care of your baby like Pet Express. Flying can be stressful for any pet, but seeing my dog happy after touching down in Sri Lanka really showed how far Shanaka went to ensure the best of care.

Shanaka and his team were excellent as they arranged the move from our cat from Nairobi, Kenya to Colombo. Shanaka followed up on all the requirements and provided guidance for every step. His team then took care of everything and our cat had a smooth landing!

Outstanding service and support from Shanaka and Team. We relocated our pet Border Collie nearly 5 years ol (Finn)from UK to Sri Lanka on 26th October. A huge move and we were extremely concerned about Finn travelling on a flight for 11 hours, however all are fears were unfounded as the teams support UK and Sri Lanka has been exceptional. The Import requirements are complex and needed to be completed within a given timeline. Shanaka helped us navigate the complexities and requirements and Finn safely and happily arrived in Colombo on 27th October. Shanaka sent through a video of Finn whilst were where waiting for Finn to be cleared when we arrived and this was a great moment being able to see Finn was fine and happy....Shanaka we can't thank you enough and would recommend Pet Express 100% to anyone transporting their beloved pets.

Shanaka and his team are really helpful and really care about our cat babies. They prepare documents and freight for my 2 cats and successfully relocated my cats to Guangdong, China. Just before the last minute, there was an additional requirement from Chinese customs and Shanaka and his team sophisticatedly dealt with it and ensured my cats get on the freight on time. Really appreciated and sorry for the last minute trouble caused. Anyway I will 200% recommend their service. Thank you very much.

PetExpress.LK was wonderful with our dog. I would recommend them to anyone traveling to or from Sri Lanka. They keep in constant communication in any location that are at that time and ensure your paperwork is correct. They will do anything that is required to get your pet to its destination safely and communicate with photos along the way! I will use them again whenever we leave Sri Lanka!

Pet express were absolutely wonderful dealing with all the paperwork and the logistics of moving my dog from Sri Lanka to Portugal.

My dog, who is nervous at the best of times, arrived somewhat confused and shell shocked from such a long journey but very well and soon settled down to her new surroundings.

Absolutely 1st class experience, Pet Express did everything for us to ensure a trouble free and smooth journey for our cat, Felix, from UK to to our home in Sri-Lanka. Excellent service, we didn't need to do a thing as Pet Express and their UK partners Pets Abroad provided a door to door service.

I first used Pet Express to relocate our Yorkshire Terrier Lucy from UAE to Sri Lanka back in 2017. I had no idea about the process and was patiently guided through the entire process. There was a delay from the Sri Lankan ministry which made things stressful and uncertain but Pet Express made sure it was expedited and all documents were ready on time for her move.

Fast forward to 2021, I needed to relocate with our pet Basset Hound Logan from Sri Lanka to England, and what immediately came to mind was Pet Express. I found this process stricter and it ended up being lengthy due to several bumps experienced on my end. However, Pet Express did a fantastic job of making it easier and reassuring - I truly can't thank them enough.

My husband has picked up Logan and they're on the way home as I write this review. We are so pleased to see our boy doing well. As promised, he has been taken care of.

You've been quick and helpful regardless of time, and I also appreciate the updates you shared at every stage of Logan's travel. We can’t thank Shanaka enough for looking after our two frenchies during their layover in Sri Lanka, the stressful process for both us and the dogs was made much easier with the care provided and updates via WhatsApp. Even after they had left Shanaka’s care she stayed in contact to make sure they had landed safely in Australia :)
