Shanaka and the Team at PetExpress were WONDERFUL! They made our experience much less stressful and ensured that our elderly dog was safe and taken care of every step of the way. We will definitely be using PetExpress when there comes a time to ship and transport our dog across the globe.

Shanaka and Pet Express were invaluable to us in connecting to the best pet shipping service in the US and then obtaining all of the necessary paperwork for our two Jack Russell terriers to enter Sri Lanka seamlessly. Our pets were handled beautifully from start to finish and delivered to our doorstep in Colombo.

I was able bring my medically unwell 4 year old lab retriever to Colombo from London. This process was made so simple by Shanaka@PetExpress. He made each step as clear and as precise as you could hope for in any situation.

We flew our French bulldog from
England to Australia and got updates before, during and after her travels! We were so surprised how frequent the communication was every time she landed in a different country. They delivered the crate a few days before she travelled so our dog could get used to it and got dropped her off with it when she got home. She did feel a little sick a few days after arriving but she was better after some water and food.
Highly recommend these guys to any pet owner who needs to get there pets across the world.

I couldn't have moved my cat without the help of Shanaka especially under the COVID restrictions. He was very professional and reliable. Just follow his advice, he will get your pet home safely.

I wanted to relocate my pet dog Neo 12 years old GSD. he came to Colombo from Bangalore India on 3rd October. Shanaka and team has abundant experience in handling the pet and clearing the customs and other formalities without any hassles. I have reunited with Neo on the same day evening in Jaffna after eight long hours road journey. we are super excited to reunite with him as a family again. I can't express my feelings on having him back to us.

Shanaka and Pet Express did a fantastic job relocating my kitten Tinkerbell from Colombo to San Francisco, from the time we asked for information to when we collected her at the destination. Shanaka was always very responsive and went above and beyond with constant updates on Tinkerbell's journey. My biggest concerns I had about moving my Beta to Sri Lanka were cost and safety die to this pandemic It needed to be affordable and safe to move Beta more importantly since She had separation anxiety i was little worred her traveling alone this long distance but Shanaka gave me co finance and guid me through out her journey to Sri Lanka.
