Please! Anyone who buys animal feed products from this company read this and take extra care! We buy Molly Chaff from this company and several times the bags have arrived damaged with tape covering the rip, and the contents of the bags damp. My husband has been in hospital for six weeks with lung trouble. After a bronchoscopy he has been diagnosed with a rare mould infection. I kept a sample of the mouldy feed and passed it to the hospital who have identified the mould spores in my sample as the same spores found in his lungs. This is now a life time illness. We have now to decide upon getting legal advice with a view to taking Pets Apply to court. By the way the phone number on their home site has not been theirs for appx. 7 years. It belongs to a mobility company

Very nice and helpful customer service after an unfortunate issue with the courier. Couriers really are a hit and miss affair aren't they? But Sam from PetsApply was very attentive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Which is good because the birds like the seed that my parents get from them!
