Excellent company! I have been ordering their dust extracted Norfolk Pastures hay for a few years now and my bunny rabbits LOVE it! I use it in their litter trays and beds, as well as using it for feeding. Being dust extracted, it doesn't cause or make worse the respiratory difficulties ordinary baled hay can.
The people at Pets Apply are very friendly, being quick to resolve the very occasional problems which can arise when having items delivered to your home. Highly recommend both products and people at Pets Apply.

Had bread crumbs for fishing delivered and through no fault of their own my delivery became wet , I emailed and had a reply straight away and and my problem was resolved instantly , so a big thank you from a very satisfied new customer

1st class super quick friendly service.
I have been searching for the impossible, a tasty chew that doesn’t put weight on my JRT but keeps him happy, gives him something to chew, and it doesn’t disappear in an blink, he can normally chew his way through a concrete block. Perfect. Yakers and with a fabulous super quick service. Will definitely be investigating all their other products. Thank you.

I ordered two cat bowls and still with everything going on their communication & customer service skills were excellent. Unfortunately one of my bowls were broken when I recieved my order but my issue was immediately resolved and I was offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement, again delivery was quick and everything in one piece. Thank you very much, I will be purchasing from yourselves again.

Very quick dispatch of my orderS of cat litter which I require every two months. Their packaging improved greatly last year, in a cardboard box which protects the bag perfectly from tearing or breaking in transit. Their customer service is easy to access by phone and attentive to resolving queries. Icould order this item from other Amazon Marketplace sellers, but always choose Pets Apply as I know I can depend on their reliability.

I ordered a trixie hamster bowl for my dwarf to replace one of 2 green pear bowls I bought and one arrived smashed that I got from another seller. Arrived much faster and much more well packaged! no risk of breakage and my hamster was very happy to find another bowl of fresh snacks, she is a big foodie. Sent them photos of my hamster enjoying her food from the bowl and they kindly asked permission to use my photos for their page, more than happy for them to be used, and very nice that they asked me first. Wonderful company all round.
