I placed an order recently that went adrift just before Xmas.. Even tho it was so close to xmas, they pulled out all the stops to try to locate it for me.. Then sending an immediate replacement when it couldn't be found.. I will use them again without hesitation.. You should try them too..

Delivery company lost my delivery but it was scanned at local depot .When i contacted PetsApply they arranged another delivery with no fuss , Sam contacted me to explain what was happening with my order, which was great as I was not left wondering what was going on .Thank you for a first class service .

Very efficient fast service. Good quality bird food. Answered my question in a helpful and friendly way and most importantly the birds love the food.

I have used this company several times now for hay and straw, there was a problem this time with the delivery but i must say their customer service was excellent and had it sorted out in no time. Will certainly be continuing to use them in the future.

I use Petsapply online and through ebay mainly for aviary supplies, they always have stock, sell high quality feeds at very good prices, very quick on dispatch, always well packaged, great customer service helpful and kind if you ask a question, would highly recommend them.

I had a problem when 25kg of bird peanuts went missing whilst with the courier. The staff at Pets Apply responded immediately. Contacted the courier and the nuts were with me the next day. I found the staff acted quickly to my request and were professional, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Pets Apply.

Very poor customer service.
Informed Pets Apply that the pellets hadn’t arrived despite them marked as ‘delivered’ automated email back.
Sent another message a week later, same email stating I should download, print and fill in a form with DHL. My contract is with them not a delivery company they have hired. Fobbed off.

Fantastic customer service from pet apply who kept me updated by emails with my lost bird seed that I didn’t receive from the delivery driver who delivery it to a wrong address, pet apply rearrange for a new delivery without delay

A brilliant seller ,their chicken feeds are all top quality ,the delivery is always very prompt and they are really fast at responding to any messages and incredibly helpful ,very highly recommended.

Wonderful customer service after I mistakenly ordered some horse treats online. Refund applied immediately and then when the treats also turned up, the lovely Sam asked if I would donate them to a local horse charity!

Absolutely amazing company. I had - on several occasions -left it to the last minute ordering layers mash with vermex. However, when I contacted them it was delivered early the next day. fantastic product and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say what a great company this is, ordered an item on line and it arrived so quickly especially in such an uncertain time. They kept me informed on my packages whereabouts.
