We are forever receiving their returned goods in error. The address they provide to customers for their returns at Bury Road is NOT correct and we have informed them on numerous occasions of this. Customers may not be getting the refunds they deserve due to the delay caused by having to continuously redirect their parcels to the correct address.

I order quite a lot of Norfolk pastures straw and snowflake Woodshavings for our 7 rescue rabbits, and they are the best I have ever come across. The quality is really good, with no dust or bad bits at all. The prices are really very good as well. I always get my order within 2 days, and several times it has been the next day. The people are very helpful and friendly when you have a query and I can't recommend them highly enough. We always used to use pets at home, but the quality was becoming quite poor and very expensive, so I am so glad, and so are our rabbits, that we found petsapply and that they help to give them a nice comfy bed to sleep in. Thank you very much.

Ordered 3 trixie car feeding bowels and asked if I could have two yellow and one blue, which they were able to fulfill my requirements. I now have one very happy cat ( well owner) with all four colours and a extra one as a present for a friend. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I ordered a pet house and forgot to confirm the colour ( I wanted a black one for a hedgehog hideaway)... I received a lime green one which is not really any good...I messaged them and they sent me a black one no.problem foc.... great customer service ty 5*

I placed an order for 2 Kong Air Dog Fetch sticks. Our German Wirehaired Pointer loves running into the Cornish surf to retrieve them, but, occasionally, they get lost in the foam and end up further up the beach for some other dog to enjoy. I thought I had used the Amazon Market Place drop-down menu to order LARGE Air Dogs, but somehow the order was confirmed as MEDIUM. I noticed this and emailed Pets Apply. They responded very quickly by email, to say I had ordered MEDIU but that they had caught the package at despatch and had replaced the MEDIUM with LARGE, so I was getting what I wanted - even if it was not what I had ordered. I offered to pay the difference between the two sizes but this was declined since I had bought two. Brilliant customer service, given that the mistake was mine! Fast, friendly email communications with Sam...next day service by post...well, what more can one ask of a supplier. I cannot speak TOO highly of Pets Apply and recommend them with reservation.

The suppliers response is quick and helpful! There was a mishap during delivery but they were more than happy to solve the problem. Would recommend x
