Great customer service, guy in the desk knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and was fixed within 1 hour.

My iPhone battery died- it just would not charge. I took it into store, and the polite and helpful staff fixed it in one hour. All my data was still there- nothing was wiped so I didn't have to reupload everything back onto the phone.

Phone Giant is the best!! I always go here all the time, customer service is brilliant. They fixed my iphone screen straight away and was very cheap than other phone shops. Definitely recommend.

This is my 3rd visit. The service is still outstanding and they have never failed me. The staff at the shop are very friendly and fully trained. I highly recommend this store to anyone. When you have a cracked screen on your phone and they say they will get it done the same day in half an hour. They do actually deliver this service which I havnt found anywhere. I am prepared and do travel the distance just to this store because of their service.
